Before Im off to my business trip, took my family out to Causeway Bay Gyuuzen Japanese restaurant for a nice dinner. I have been to Gyuuzen for few times and its always a great place to visit and din at. Ordered some of our favourite dishes, Whole Tomato Salad - made by Japan fresh imported tomatoes and with vinegar dressing, nice and refreshing before starting the heavy BBQ meat dinner. Let kick start with the BBQ Meat Sort, Australia Wagyu OX Tongue - we picked the thick cut, as we tried both thin and thick cut before and we think the thick cut taste the best out of both. Wagyu Rib Finger - its a bit more chewy and the beef taste is more rich. Oumi Wagyu Ribeye - One of my favourite meat in this restaurant, cook it to medium rare and it will melt in your mouth without chewing it. Recommend to take a bowl of rice when you have that many type of Wagyu beef, can reduce the oily taste.
Great night out with family, delicious food and fantastic service. Will def come back again when we have time.
