枝豆有別於平時烚熟,要炸香再加調味
刺身金目鯛和拖羅很新鮮

燒完都沒有太縮水 🙆🏻‍♀️吃了那麼多串燒~
這時來一碟梅酒醃蕃茄和梅酒啫喱剛好解膩
甲羅燒配紅菜頭薯仔沙律也不錯🥰味蕾豐富的衝擊
最後還有鮑魚糯米飯和忌廉牛肉咖喱烏冬😍
很有特色~甜品我超愛豆乳那個 好好食🤤

Saw this restaurant in an instagram foodie post decided to give it a try on a Wednesday evening. The restaurant is quite new only opened for 4 months.  The interior is much brighter than the photos in the instagram account. It is minimalist design and quite clean and spacious. Can sit 25 ppl around the counters. The seating is far away from the central grilling station. We were served by a very friendly and helpful staff behind the counter who explained the specials and made some recommendation.

We were served by a very friendly and helpful staff behind the counter who explained the specials and made some recommendation.  Every dish taste good and enjoyable , seems the chef had put some thoughts into making each dish a little different from the standard yakitori.  Prices are also quite reasonable for the quality.  It was Wednesday and there were buy one get one free on draft beer but I am trying to lose weight and reduce beer intake so end up not taking advantage of it.  We came to the restaurant after going for arun and so were super thirsty and the lady was nice enough to leave the whole flask of tea at our seat so we can pour as much as we wanted. Very enjoyable meal - will be coming back again.

There weren’t a lot of food options so we ordered:

Everything tasted good and some I had never tried before so that was a first, but the dishes were pretty pricey judging by the portion. Having said that, I enjoyed my dining experience there and would visit again for sure!

Kushiyaki Dinner. Counter seating approx 22, with ample distance from the charcoal grill. One private room seating 6.Decided to order a la carte rather than the omakase set ($788 pp). Here’s what we had.-Tiger prawn wrapped in chicken skin. Creatively yummy. Juiciness of the prawn was well preserved.-雞冠- my first time to try. Here’s what we had.
-Tiger prawn wrapped in chicken skin. Creatively yummy. Juiciness of the prawn was well preserved.

-Minced duck stick with egg yolk. Nice texture. Couldn’t finish the egg yolk but decided to keep it for later.
-提燈 (fallopian tube and ovary) with half done egg yolks. Not generally a fan of innards but decided to try given its rarity. Apparently it took some skills to cook it just right.

又一間新開的yakitori店見到有幾個睇開嘅Foodie都有讚佢,所以我都嚟試吓啦。由日本師傅主理,環境幾靚,感覺上係幾正宗。食物方面,我覺得有hits and misses, 有幾樣嘢幾好食,但係又有啲嘢係麻麻哋。炭燒帶子幾好食有炭嘅味道然後帶子亦都燒得啱啱好..雞俾肉方面,雖然佢都脹卜卜,但係我覺得佢燒得乾咗啲,唔夠Juicy.. 之後我哋又再叫多一串,第二次嗰轉就好似好少少雞尾都係,我本身好鍾意食雞尾,鍾意佢有啲油香,但係佢呢度就燒到好似有啲燶,冇咗油香,呢個又係後尾再追加嘅時候嗰轉好少少,所以感覺上佢哋調整火候有啲唔係好consistent.. 有啲係燒過龍,好多串都係比較偏乾。反而牛脷同埋和牛串就好好食。同埋雞軟骨都好食。 叫咗個雲朵雞蛋飯,係好靚好上鏡,不過味道其實冇乜特別。親子丼都係,我覺得佢整得太watery, 同埋入邊嘅雞唔夠滑,成碗飯味道比較偏淡,唔係一食wa wa聲嗰種。不過佢哋啲酒幾好飲,我哋四個人飲咗五支😛服務方面,唔係話佢哋唔Nice,但係好似有少少唔係太專業,因為感覺到佢哋想做比較高級嘅日式串燒,價錢同定位係想係咁,但係佢哋嘅店員就俾唔到呢種感覺人,係有

一入到去話幫我keep起我袋嘢,好似好有服務,但係結果走嘅時候又唔記得俾返我😅我自己都唔記得話晒飲咗五支酒😂
而家諗緊好唔好去攞返,因為都唔順路 (其實係漏咗盒月餅)

不過店主好Nice
我哋坐到差唔多最後一台
佢又走來同我哋飲酒
知道我生日仲請我食甜品(其實係我屈佢,飲醉咗即刻唔客氣😂)

整體上我覺得叫做中規中矩
唔差嘅,環境同氣氛有加分
食物同服務係有改善嘅地方
坦白講,如果銅鑼灣嚟講我覺得炭火地雞比佢更好食,而且性價比高好多,雖則環境就冇咁靚。
而且整體上都仲係未及得上中環嗰四大串燒。
而家越開越多串燒店,想要特圍而出,真係要再落多啲苦功。

唔好睇蛋黃白飯好像平平無奇,濃郁嘅蛋黃包住係飯粒上,非常開胃,最好配返杯清酒,就prefect。
