My first time visiting Hang Fa Lau was at the CWB location. I ordered the curry chicken but the curry was VERY watery and had no taste whatsoever. But I'm willing to give Hang Fa Lau another try since a lot of ppl say their dessert is good. So last night I went there after dinner to grab a red bean cooler at the Central location. I was very very disappointed once again. The drink was very watery and there weren't a lot of red bean.... it tasted even worse than the one I had at Cafe de Coral!! 今日同友人諗住去杏花樓食糖水,友人話出名。接近下午2點,過了lunch時間,我地可以堂食。2人共點了:薑汁原牛奶$19:好味,略嫌薑味重,但lunch時間算係咁,牛奶真的很滑唷!燉雙皮奶$20:為鎮店之作,都好滑。XO醬炒腸粉$20:我覺得辣但友人說ok,但我們都覺幾好,腸粉硬身用來炒恰到好處。不會「爛溶溶」。Lunch食算好啦,尤其是中環的lunch time。下次可以就到不是lunch時間,試吓其他好評之作。不過這間好像是在閣麟街新開的杏花樓....我們不知德己立街都有。嘻嘻! 繼續閱讀

呢排天氣極之乾燥,所以行過就食碗燉雙皮奶加蓮子,唔加又之可,一加就等十五分鐘,唔知佢係冇即刻去買蓮定係即整,一就成個面都係蓮子,真係有後悔,係之就咁叫燉奶啦,蓮子太多啦,如果就咁燉奶都幾滑 繼續閱讀

由南丫島返回中環,找間未關門的糖水店。已很久沒有去過杏花樓,朋友說起以前中學時常常幫襯,立時勾起很多開心的回憶。我的芒果布甸太多花奶,但味道尚可,而男友的合桃糊就比較杰。 繼續閱讀

友人帶我到這間食糖水,第一次來這間杏花樓,都幾多人來食。我們都食了雪丸糖水,原來係雪糕糯米滋加在糖水中,我的是紅豆沙,友人的是黑糯米,當被問到糖水是凍還是熱時,心想如果是熱的糖水豈不會溶掉雪米滋?因此我們都是點了凍的。味道都不錯,三種不同口味的雪米滋拼下糖水中,都幾特別。不過更重要的是可以在這兒傾下講下,抒緩一下忐忑不安的心情,輕輕鬆鬆的食個下午茶! 繼續閱讀
