第一次來口利福。(遲遲不來，原因是不喜歡排長長長隊或要6點前已開始等衝入去)。但不得不承認，此老外開的 Chinese restaurant , 卻比很多中國人開的更好味！！！！！ 而且沒有開天價，亦不劏客......唉，自己身為 Chinese 都有啲 embarrassed........好，言歸正傳，餐廳位置格局正常，但我個人不喜歡它環境太暗太 dark.....好能老外喜歡 though. 味道非常非常好，能輕易上 Michelin star 推介至一星水平，個別菜甚至可上2星。福州炒飯與牛排肉架值得一試！

Morning Glory 附送洗鑊剛絲擦！環境暗黑，要開手機燈至讀到 menu，侍應一再催促落單又溫馨提示交枱時間，但又分裂地經常問 fill 唔 fill glasses食物非常濃味，除炒菜外，大部份菜式令人感覺如 sub-contract，重慶雞翼嘅辣椒同雞翼猶如異父異母兄弟，完全冇血緣關係。奇怪嘅係，成枱都 empty plates 唔清理，偏偏碟辣椒雞翼就好關心問咗兩次夾晒雞翼未 (當時枱面只有兩隻碟)

Friends were visiting from out of town so had a booking for 5 people for 7:30 on a Tuesday evening. 2 of friends were running late, I've asked if 3 of us can be seated first and give back the table in 1.5hrs as agreed upon booking. Then we were told everyone has to be there first in order to be seated, so we waited. 一周之内来了两次，都是带来香港的外国朋友去。装潢就很中式，墙上有麻将牌还有龙。服务人员都很年轻活泼，与客人有互动。菜式的做法真的是中西结合。很多人留言说不好吃，但我的外国朋友们都爱吃。所以有朋友来港我一定还带去口利福。招牌rib真的好吃，花菜的做法也好吃。

We ate here on a Friday night, 1.5hour wait for a table, the girl at the door seemed a bit confused as to name/number but we got a table at 9.30 as promised, otherwise the staff were very friendly. I'm a regular guy at Ho Lee fook, I was on the opening and then I see the really improvement of that restaurant,they are not change so much the menu but the are doing almost perfect all the "classics". I m a real fan of the wings, shim aji, short ribs, and breakfast 2.0. Mid range food quality, High price, Super loud music,Dim environment,Service was poor because the waiter remind you that you have to return the table at a particular time repeatedly, but they never border to refill your glasses.Feel like that the restaurant only wants your money and would like you to finish your meal ASAP and kick you out.A great place if you want to impress some foreigners who know nothing about Chinese food.

This fusion Chinese restaurant is located at the end of Elgin Street, without reservation service if you are only having a small group, as I found out when I called them for booking. As a result, we arrived before 7 and was given a really tiny table for the three of us, and were also told to hand the table back by 8:15. 一行7人黎試中西Fusion，一早BOOK左枱，一黎到就有位坐，可惜因為比較難搵，有好多人遲到坐低睇到MENU都唔係話好多選擇。。。人齊後就選擇左幾款野～～～有D係佢個staff介紹既一開始黎既係  Wagyu Beef Tartare ，味道都OK，無想像中咁特別之後依個dumplings係佢介紹既，價錢唔平但份量唔係好夠，味道OK，有D over priced.之後黎左幾樣野，佢個roast platter係我地黎最想試既野，雖然要3百幾蚊，難得黎到一定要嗌～～～！係幾入味同埋佢個sauce都好正，如果黎就試下佢，好有fusion feel。佢大部分既菜式都好有"獲氣"，食得出係有心思既安排。唔介意價錢既可以黎試下，同埋環境等等都唔錯，可以一班人黎gathering傾下計！一班女仔黎食飯，唔小得desserts！我地嗌哂佢最hit個3個，味道唔會太濃郁，又夠香！每款各有特色，有層次，原來依度最好食係甜品
