話說這晚家姐約咗大家去戲曲中心食中菜，當時聽到戲曲中心都有啲懷疑家姐係咪噏錯地方，結果去到之後，發覺原來內有乾坤，對於呢間“滿樂中菜”食物水準有啲喜出望外，餐廳環境亦舒適寬敞。首先上枱嘅係蜜汁叉燒同脆皮燒腩仔，叉燒軟腍適中帶咬口，唔會太甜同過腍；而燒腩仔則皮脆口肉質肥瘦分明，富有層次感嘅口感十分討好。椒鹽九肚魚炸到恰到好處，外層帶微脆，內層卻保留九肚魚鮮甜帶汁肉質，完全唔會有乾爭爭嘅感覺，突顯師傅製作細膩之處。跟住落嚟梗係唔少得滋潤嘅杏汁燉白肺湯啦，一上枱已聞到陣陣杏香味，湯水濃郁綿滑口感同軟腍並一啲內臟腥味都無嘅白肺，令人一再回味。肉餅蒸蟹圈，一道相當有趣嘅菜式，肉餅上依附著大大隻螃蟹，而且膏滿香甜，肉餅本身都已經十分不俗，在蒸嘅過程再吸收埋鮮甜蟹汁，味道層次提升唔少；而帶有絲絲肉餅香味嘅蟹肉則令人有驚喜，值得推介。酸尾尾又開胃嘅蒜香梅汁蒸白鱔片係家姐嘅至愛，彈牙嘅白鱔肉配惹味蒜香梅汁，即刻有想添多碗白飯嘅衝動。全晚用餐感覺十分良好，見餐牌內仲有好多嘢大家都想試，所以已約定下個月再度光臨。…查看更多

見到介紹特登走去試6格麵，價錢$108有3款指定麵同3款指定小食，可以試曬店家招牌。小食有雲耳、海蜇同口水雞，味道無乜驚喜；反而3碗麵各有千秋，番茄牛尾湯底好濃郁牛味，飲落又厚身應該真係足料去煲，番茄酸酸地中和返，perfect match! 牛尾無想像中咁林，但好夠味。擔擔麵個湯一樣好濃，但唔似食開果種帶甜甜地既味道，佢呢個麻味好出，好特別。最後有個冰冷麵，好搞笑佢係伴冰上，啲冷麵個樣似油麵但係好彈牙又唔油膩，食完啲重口味野食呢個清新下幾好 份量黎講，2個人share 加多個小食已經好夠飽。…查看更多

曾聽人說，麻和辣之餘帶些少溫和的麻辣火鍋最令人念念不忘。是的，終於有幸於銅鑼灣【渝味曉宇】親身體驗過，餘味繞樑，三日不絕，一再令人回味。話說，是晚來到背著最正宗的重慶老火鍋招牌的【渝味曉宇】，嚐一嚐舌尖上的中國唯一推介的中國老火鍋，是否名副其實。點上一鍋大紅色的‘九宮格麻辣大紅鍋’，赤紅得讓人目不轉睛的鍋底加上香麻辣撲鼻而來的味道，一上桌已以先聲奪人的姿態俘虜了在座的我們。沾了一點麻辣紅湯來試試，麻與辣隨著舌尖慢慢散發，加上牛油的醇香所帶來的絲絲柔和，意想不到的討好。同行友人不怎麼吃牛，所以這次也與必點食材稻田毛肚、大刀牛肝等無緣，只能留待再次重來的時候才品嚐。曉宇苕粉口感順滑帶韌性，就算淥得久也不會輕易弄斷，想不到外表普通的彈牙苕粉，竟然大熱跑出，成為是晚的黑馬。外型與炸腐皮相似的現炸豆皮，原來需要浸淥分多鐘，經過一輪與湯底融合之後，吸盡麻辣精華的豆皮，豆味漸漸減少，換來的是陣陣麻與辣的刺激感！對鮮甜Q彈的手打蝦滑大愛，與魚子攪勻後淥熟，彈牙之餘還有點點魚子於咀嚼中爆開的小驚喜，特別過癮。聽朋友說，吃重慶火鍋，一定要配上鴨血才算圓滿，於是便點了這客血旺，嫩滑微彈而且零腥味，更不像坊間的鴨血一夾即散，與湯底也出奇的匹配，並不會被麻與辣掩蓋。串鮮蝦擺碟特別，每一隻都以竹籤串住，再以冰陣方式將蝦的上半身冰住，以確保肉質的彈牙，新鮮的蝦隻鮮甜彈牙，不俗。…查看更多

船麵一向是我的最愛，這次特登來到位於旺角豉油街嘅呢間以泰式船麵為主的餐廳試下佢哋標榜絕無味精嘅船麵。聽店員話安格斯牛肉船麵是餐廳主打船麵，所以就決定一試。湯底色澤與泰國船麵一模一樣，藥膳香味也頗為濃香，店員指其湯底是選用豬骨加上多種香料及花椒熬製長達數小時而成，因此特別香濃美味，還帶點辣香。試一口濃湯，果然夠嗮濃郁，甜、辣、鮮、甘融合，特別令人回甘。順帶一提，若想增加不同味覺體驗，每張枱上都備有特製turbo醬（即特調辣椒油）、椒醋、魚露及醋四種調味任你自行配搭添加，是晚試了特製turbo醬，辣勁果然夠嗮turbo，香辣味亦相當突出，鐘意食辣嘅朋友，最適合不過。配料方面有羅勒葉、蔥、安格斯牛肉片、牛腩、豬肉丸等，牛肉片細緻嫩滑，牛腩多汁，肉丸彈牙，整體配搭十分之匹配討好。由於好奇心作祟，所以與好客店員傾了一陣，得知原來店方所選用的麵底均來自泰國，就連肉丸也同樣由泰國進口，據稱要達到與泰國口味相若，實為用心良苦，而同時間為自己身處香港，也能盡享地道美食而慶幸。是晚只得一個人，並沒有機會試其他美食，特別是選用無激素春雞製作的芭堤雅原隻燒雞，特別令人蠢蠢欲動，下次一定會重來。…查看更多

One of my best friend is getting marry soon and we set for a gathering dinner to discuss the flow and preparation. We picked Royal Legend at Tin Hau coz most of us work around HK Island area and make sure we can meet up by 7:30pm sharp. Crispy Roast Chicken $268 ~ we order a whole chicken and the skin is so crispy, meat is juicy and its still hot when its serve on table. West Lake Beef Soup $108 ~ this is the first time tasted this soup and i actually taste way better then it look. Braised Tiger Prawn with Tomato Sauce $168 ~ Tiger Prawn size is medium, they used fresh tomato to make their own sauce, quite delicious. This is the 2nd times i come visit this restaurant, today i came by to IFC for a client meeting and we are looking for a stop by place for a quick lunch and recap of the meeting with my colleagues。We sat down and order some dishes, their signature Wonton noodle soup is good as usual, the shrimp is fresh and noodle is nicely made by the traditional noodle type。Stir-fried beef noodles, one of their signature dish, the beef is perfectly cooked and noodle is not too oily. Very tasty dish and this is def one of best one I've ever tried in HK before. Chicken & Mushroom Congee, the chicken is just cooked right, congee base is tasty & rich. Tonight we drop our kids home after a bunch of afternoon outdoor activities, we head out to Casuseway Bay for a movie, its been a long time since we had some alone time without the kids. After the movie, we walked along Lockhart Road and looking for a relax and chill dinner place. We picked up a flyers on the way and its a new German restaurant Schnee, which is only few minute walk. Look through the menu and their dishes price seems to be very resonable for this area. We ordered the German Sausage Platter and Crispy Roasted Pork Knuckle with Sauerkraut and Potatoes. The sausage platter is mixtures to 5 different types of sausages, love the bowl of potatoes salad with it, the sausage taste is great and it goes perfectly well with a pint of cold draught beer. Crispy Roasted Pork Knuckle with Sauerkraut and Potatoes, the Pork Knuckle is cooked perfectly well, the pork skin is so crispy and the meat is still juicy at the indside. When you visit a German Restaurant, how can miss their beer! we ordered the Bitburger Draught beer, this beer is a bit light which is think goes perfectly with the two dishes the we ordered. Overall its not a bad dinner place, the charge is very reasonable, this meal only cost us $578 with 2 courses and 2 draught beer. This is the 3rd or 4th times i came visit Thai Yuen, there thai food is always great and above the stardard. Tonight i come with my Uni friends and host our small monthly gathering here. We ordered Traditional Hainanese Chicken, the chicken is cooked perfectly well and the dipping sauce is very tasty. Also the Ball shape is rice is so cute and handy for a one mouth bite size. Thai Satay, ordered half a dozen and 2 of each types, the chicken and pork is very nice, just the beef is slightly over cooked. Chicken Wings stuffed with Sticky Rice, this is one of my favourite dish, the chicken wing is cooked by charcoal grill and love the sweet and sour sauce that goes with it. Fried Rice with pineapple, they use half a pineapple in each serve and the sweetness of the pinapple def increase the flavour of the dish. Another great night at the Thai Yuen, will def come back the visit again shortly. Went out to fishing with a group of friends just before CNY holiday start, overnight fishing get off at Tuen Mun Pier 9pm. Before we get off, we had decided to meet up at Tuen Mun Vcity shopping mall for a quick feed. One of the great thing for Vcity is very convenience for carpark, which all of us drive our own car to carry our gears. We picked Master Kitchen at the restaurant level, ive ordered the wonton soup noodle and BBQ Pork on rice. The wonton soup noodle is delicious, the wonton prawn and meat portion is just right and the size of the wonton is perfect in a one bite size. BBQ Pork on rice, is one of the best Ive tasted in Tuen Mun so far. BBQ Pork is still warm when its served on table, the fat and meat portion is 3:7 which i think is the perfect ratio for BBQ Pork. Its cooked perfectly well with a slightly burn crispy around the edges. Overall the dining experience is great, seat is comfortable, service is awesome. Before Im off to my business trip, took my family out to Causeway Bay Gyuuzen Japanese restaurant for a nice dinner. I have been to Gyuuzen for few times and its always a great place to visit and din at. Ordered some of our favourite dishes, Whole Tomato Salad - made by Japan fresh imported tomatoes and with vinegar dressing, nice and refreshing before starting the heavy BBQ meat dinner. Grilled Mini Japanese Sweet Potatoes - the kids favourite dishes, great snack before the meal start. Let kick start with the BBQ Meat Sort, Australia Wagyu OX Tongue - we picked the thick cut, as we tried both thin and thick cut before and we think the thick cut taste the best out of both. Wagyu Rib Finger - its a bit more chewy and the beef taste is more rich. Oumi Wagyu Ribeye - One of my favourite meat in this restaurant, cook it to medium rare and it will melt in your mouth without chewing it. Recommend to take a bowl of rice when you have that many type of Wagyu beef, can reduce the oily taste. Great night out with family, delicious food and fantastic service. Had a full day meeting at one of our client office today, from 9am – 9pm which is very common for our job field. All of our team members are totally exhausted after 12 hours of marathon meeting schedule. For our late dinner, we just pop around to the Hysan Mall for a quick feed. We went to 12/F Ho Hung Kee, ordered Stir-Fried Noodles with Soy Sauce, delicious and not too oily, like the topping sesame. Chicken & Mushroom Congee, the chicken is cooked just right, also love the congee taste. Minced Fish Balls with Clam sauce, the fish ball meat is nice and fresh, its still nice and soft after deep fried, it match perfectly with the clam sauce, one of the must try item.I think the food is nice and environment is nice and comfortable. I have been here for lunch before and this time I bring my wife over for a proper dinner session. Mrs finished at Central around 7ish and just incase she might get lost, we meet up at the Central MTR station first. The shop seems to change a bit since my last visit, at least its lot more easier to be spotted from the top. The shop only serve Taiwanese Beer or Asahi, suggest they should get a draught beer tap. Let start order some food, Japanese Tofu Salad - the tofu is nice and soft, mixed with seasame sauce and fresh vege. Deep Fried Cheese Ball - very delicious finger food to go with a glass of cold beer. Sweet Miso Lamb Chop - the lamp chop is nicely cooked and its very juicy and tasty, love the match of miso paste and lamp chop. Grilled Beef Tongue - the beef tongue is cut in thick cut, lot more juicy and perfect to serve in Yakitori style. Grilled Japanese A5 Wagyu Beef - we ordered 200g and share between us, the beef is cooked perfectly and the chef suggested 5 different types of salt for us to eat with. Favourite is the Curry Salt. Truffle Fried Rice - tuffle taste is strong, but its only normal Citysuper type, not the best but i guess its normal when we order Truffle at a Japanese restaurant.…查看更多

We came to Thai on 5 around 8pm and try to walk-in for a quick thai dinner. The manager inform us the restaurant is fully booked at that time and we may come back after 9:30pm and enjoyed the supper session with special discount on Ala Carte menu. Lets changed our plan and have few drinks at Knutsford Terrace first. We return to the restaurant at around 10pm and got seated near around the window side sofa seat. The supper session discount is 30% off, woohoo, lets start order some food.Thai Prawn Sashimi $128, served with shooter glass and one of the must eat items at this restaurant, the sauce is very spicy and love the perfect balance of the flavor. Thai Spicy Minced Pork Served with Lettuce Wrap $88, the mince was nicely marinated, love the hot and spicy taste and wrap with fresh lettuce. For the Gril Seafood we ordered the following, Tiger Prawn, Jumbo Clam, Jumbo Razor Clam, the Tiger Prawn and Razor Clam is cooked perfectly and can still taste the freshness of the seafood. The jumbo clam is slightly over cooked, not as good as we are expected.  The dinner is great and not a bad view to look down on Knutsford Terrace on a busy Sat night. Our company team pre Xmas gathering dinner picked Causeway Bay Soi18, which I have been here few months ago. We made the booking 2 weeks in advance, the night is pack of ppl and lucky we made our booking early enough.Hot & Spicy Tom Yum Clear Soup with Chicken, the soup taste Spicy and sour, which i think is very different to the traditional Tom Yum soup. The clear soup is without coconut sauce and love the focus of the spicy taste. Soi 18 Platter, great dish to share between 4 of is and the portion is just right. The platter included the following items, Fish Cakes, Prawn Cakes, Spring Rolls, Grilled Pork neck and Crab Meat Cakes. Love the fresh made fish, prawn and crab cakes, taste so fresh and delicious. Fried King Prawns with Curry Paste, the curry is cooked perfectly and taste is rich.
