Food: FairWe tried the wine pairing menu. Food is fair. It’s definitely a decent restaurant, but as a Michelin three star restaurant, it’s overrated. It’s never a standalone assessment,it’s about comparison. With this price, I would definitely recommend another Michelin three star restaurant that I have been to.From the location of and the design of the restaurant, the choice of the ingredients,to the cooking, taste of food and plating, I would definitely go to other Michelin three stars restaurants.Service: so soThe quality of service is not compatible with other Michelin three star restaurants located in the hotelView: street view. Food: So soWe tried the wine pairing menu. Wine is nice, food is so so. If you like traditional, luxurious Chinese dry seafood, this restaurant is an excellent choice. 呢個係我食過最好食嘅鰻魚飯,性價比超高有睇我食評嘅人都知我去開高級餐廳,米芝蓮三星餐廳都去過幾間,依間係拍得住喺日本新sea to table嘅鰻魚飯。鰻魚飯肥美,鰻魚汁喺口腔度停留,唔太鹹唔太甜啱啱好。玉子蛋出奇地好味。下個星期會試埋佢最多人食嘅炭燒雞扒讚岐烏冬。呢度得意嗰個位係麵豉湯無限添飲。凍肉係高級凍肉有A5和牛,亦都係出奇地比市面更加平,良心老闆良心生意。用射燈令到整體環境幾高貴,環境舒適,啲位分得幾開,坐得好鬆動,亦都有房可以坐。亦都適合朋友聚會或者開會傾保險…查看更多

SpiderMaxx 我食過還可以啦,質量是ok,但唔叫做抵食,呢間鋪只做一至五lunch hour,附近打工仔太多,不可能聚會同傾保險。

The floor glass design adequately enable the natural lighting and shape the comfy environment)Atmosphere: 6/10 (Quiet, Comfy. Tables are bit close and ones’ conversations can be heard)Service: 7/10Food (Taste 6.5/10 Plating 5/10 Ingredient 5/10) This is an impartial comment. See my comments in other Hotel restaurants and Michelin restaurants. Cooking skills of the chef is fair. Ingredients are common ones. Not much innovative idea from the chef but that little special/lovely bit gives some colors to the meal. (see details below). As a non-Michelin star restaurant but a restaurant in a 5-star hotel, the chef had duly done his/her job and the price is commensurate with its overall quality. Overall comments:If you are a local HKer, I recommend here for family, friends gathering and  a date. It’s substandard even to be served as appetizer. They are bit fishy too.)- Tomato with lemon. As a refresher, it’s not special but nice. Main:-Chicken breast risotto with cream.(Chicken breast beautifully cooked and surprisingly it’s juicy unlike the “expected and ordinary” dry and lean chicken breast. Risotto is chewy, together with the diced mushroom and carrot adding the crispiness and chewiness.
