This is an impartial comment. See my comments in other Hotel restaurants and Michelin restaurants. Cooking skills of the chef is fair. Ingredients are common ones. Not much innovative idea from the chef but that little special/lovely bit gives some colors to the meal. (see details below). As a non-Michelin star restaurant but a restaurant in a 5-star hotel, the chef had duly done his/her job and the price is commensurate with its overall quality.
Overall comments:
If you are a local HKer, I recommend here for family, friends gathering and a date. The comfy & relaxing environment can take away your stress.
If you are a tourist, see my comments above, it’s applicable. I may not be aware of their signature dishes so in my opinion this may not be your must-go-place. If you have time and are around the area and want to spend a nice afternoon/evening, this is definitely a good choice.
If you had been to quite a few Michelin 3 stars restaurants in HK and around the world like me, this is not a place that you can expect to have fulfilling and surprising dining experience. I will visit this restaurant again because of commensuration I mentioned and the summary that I have given above.

Appetizer:
-Oysters, with 6 different flavors.
(Oysters are lean and thin. It’s substandard even to be served as appetizer. They are bit fishy too.)
- Tomato with lemon. As a refresher, it’s not special but nice.
Main:
-Chicken breast risotto with cream.
(Chicken breast beautifully cooked and surprisingly it’s juicy unlike the “expected and ordinary” dry and lean chicken breast. Risotto is chewy, together with the diced mushroom and carrot adding the crispiness and chewiness. The only oyster here is fatty in a positive way)
- Risotto with carrot, mushroom and cream.
(Risotto is chewy, together with the diced mushroom and carrot adding the crispiness and chewiness. The form is seasoned with curry. Lovely)
Desert: Buffet No specific comment on this.
