今日 我終於有機會入到一間絕無味精 喺門口已經聞到 超級濃香鮮蝦味嘅一間隱世拉麵店 位於 尖沙咀漆咸圍 植幕宵其實我經過呢間鋪頭都兩次 但係因為佢哋一係就排長龍 一係就遇唔啱開門時間所以今天我特登 去搵機會食佢哋嘅招牌 濃香蝦湯麵 真係沒有失望 只有更多的期待 就係佢哋嚟緊嘅新口味點都好講返呢碗麵首先你可以 選擇 拉麵或者刀削麵 可以多蔥或者走蔥 我朋友就揀咗拉麵 我就食刀削麵 我試咗我朋友嗰一碗的少少拉麵 非常彈牙好有質感 配搭上蝦湯 直情係一種享受至於我的刀削麵 口感煙韌 配搭蝦湯 直情係上等佳餚 不可多得講下個湯 佢哋每天都會用新鮮嘅鮮蝦淆製 湯嘅味道 比起龍蝦湯更鮮甜 加上真材實料 沒有味精 飲完都感覺不到口渴再配搭上乾紅椒絲 櫻花蝦 令到成個湯 好有層次感 重中之重 就是 食之前加的蝦油 這種自家製蝦油是用九節蝦 慢火炒 再採用上等嘅油煉製而成 齒頰留香 真係 好耐冇試過一種咁有風味嘅感覺輪到蝦麵上的兩隻 九節蝦 鮮甜無比加上玫瑰露 又彈牙 又香甜 我忍唔住再加多三隻至於隻溏心蛋 係採用日本夢王雞蛋 深橙色嘅蛋黃 蛋味濃沃 直情正呀佢哋嘅小食唔多 一時有鮑魚 但是今天沒有 卻有美國生蠔 再配 玫瑰露酒 厚厚的肉 香香的味 真是好滿足坦白講 我好少食麵 或者拉麵 因為怕肥 要戒澱粉質 但是 佢已經深深吸引著我 好快又要再去食喇老闆話嚟緊會有另外一隻口味的拉麵 好期待呀Today, I finally had the opportunity to try a hidden ramen shop that uses no MSG. 啱啱去咗一間位於 銅鑼灣駱克道 食蟹好出名嘅舖頭 呢間舖頭都好多年呀 開咗大概三十幾年 所以大家都應該聽過佢個名 橋底辣蟹 疫情後究竟啲品質係咪仍然咁好呢答案 是的食瀨尿蝦一定要食大隻 佢哋有兩個size 但係大隻多膏配上佢哋獨特嘅蒜蓉 真係 無與倫比 肉質鮮甜椒鹽鮮魷 是我最鍾意食嘅其中一樣 肉質彈口 用咗新鮮嘅鮮魷 配上薄薄的粉漿薄薄 同埋 佢哋嘅蒜蓉椒鹽 好味招牌嘅橋底辣蟹 小弟唔係好食辣所以叫咗個微辣 佢哋嘅蟹好新鮮 肉質好甜美 香口 炒到好香嘅蒜香 夾雜住少少辣椒嘅味道 真係好惹味 不愧係避風塘炒蟹 嘅表表者薑汁芥蘭爽脆鮮甜 食到停唔到口重中之重就係佢哋嘅椒鹽九肚魚 外貌雖然好似燶燶地 但係 入口好似炸牛奶咁嫩滑香脆 口感一流最後就係佢哋嘅鮮滑雞粥 雞肉啱啱熟 所以嫩滑 粥入面仲有鮑魚冬菇等材料 配上橋底辣蟹的香蒜 真係一流嘅享受這間餐廳能夠屹立到30幾年真是有他成功的原因 我一定會再來試其他菜式…Read More

今日要講嘅係喺駱克道其中一間燒烤店 其實喺出面聞到好香嘅燒烤味 想過嚟試好耐 今日終於有機會入嚟食 可惜 我終於明白什麼是 一間真正不入流的餐廳 對食物的尊重簡直是沒有 坦白講平時我好少寫劣評文章 呢個係其中一間令我感受到對我們廚師有侮辱性的一間餐廳 所以希望大家包容我先講啲好嘢先啦。。。泰式酸辣鳳爪沙律爽脆嘅西芹配搭咗蔥 辣椒嘅香味加埋個酸辣汁好惹味 鳳爪非常脆口 可惜唔係好入味青咖哩牛腩飯這是收銀員 強力推薦的食品 非常香口 整體好香不會太鹹 剛剛好 牛腩煮得好鬆軟 送飯一流如果依家係一間泰式餐廳 只是做泰式菜 大致上都算好 可惜跟住落嚟就係惡夢開始沙爹雞肉串燒得好乾 好彩個汁好味燒豬頸肉肉質又係燒得好乾 算吧燒白鱔在沒有期望的情況下竟然有驚喜 肉質爽脆加上有 香茅青檸汁 都算惹味燒菠蘿脆皮焦糖面襯託的菠蘿 ok燒有機蘆筍每條燒到乾爭爭 全部都係揸 這個完全是失敗中嘅失敗 投訴完之後師傅重新再燒 可以入口 廚房畀出嚟嘅原因係因為廚房太忙 廚師極度無心燒雞中翼低處未算低 呢對雞翼又燶又鞋又乾又唔好味 原來剛才露筍唔算做最差 這個更甚 最搞笑就係個侍應同我講 雞翼梗係要燶 如果唔係 驚入面唔熟 證明這間餐廳的品質卻是下三流如果打開門口做燒烤 就唔該做好啲 唔係靠 海南雞或者係咖哩牛腩攞生意 這個餐廳我一定不會再來 今天是星期日晚上八點半 如果做唔切就不如關門吧…Read More

今日要介紹嘅係一間係1881尖沙咀嘅一間中菜廳 叫做后園 食物用料 同埋味道都係中上 值得一去煙燻三色素鵝 頭盤係色彩鮮豔的素鵝 清新爽脆嘅紅蘿蔔絲 冬菇絲 同埋 萵筍絲 帶住煙燻過嘅腐皮 濃味恰好 令到我食慾大增藤椒燒椒涼拌鮮蚌非常惹味嘅藤椒 帶著鮮甜美味嘅蚌肉 底下仲有萵筍絲 當蚌肉和萵筍絲一齊食嘅時候 配上恰到好處嘅調味 真係食過返尋味 一定要食家鄉煎鯪魚餅魚肉彈口皮香肉嫩 好香口好好味高湯蛋白龍蝦可惜龍蝦肉並不彈牙 餐廳說是用新鮮龍蝦肉 但係食不出 幸好蛋白非常嫩滑 高湯帶點紹興酒都算惹味黑蒜海玉竹燉雞湯簡單嘅燉雞湯 清甜可口 用料十足 值得一飲香茅乳鴿皮脆肉嫩的妙齡乳鴿 肉汁充足 再帶點香茅清新味道 完全唔需要點任何淮鹽或者 醬汁 好味酸菜桂花魚厚厚而無骨的桂花魚肉片 帶著酸菜獨特的酸味 同埋微辣好開胃清湯羊腩煲明顯羊肉係揀過不會太肥膩 係上成嘅羊肉 配上自家製含有韭菜 花椒 嘅腐乳醬 真係好味 估唔到淨係飲湯也有驚喜 不會太油膩非常清甜 仲有蘿蔔清甜沒有渣 好味豬油渣炒豆苗清甜嘅豆苗配上豬油渣 非常香口 入口滑滑的 好味 只是如果豬油渣 如果可以再炸得香口點 就會更加惹味御膳炒飯 這個炒飯 粒粒米彈牙 還有鑊氣 再配上帶子 蝦肉 雞蛋 蔥 和豉油 恰到好處好味 只係有個美中不足的地方 就係用多咗油 令到有啲油膩感覺甜品包括 生磨芝麻卷 北海道南瓜紫米糕 和京都豆腐奶凍 坦白講不值一食 除咗京都豆腐奶凍 比較有濃沃豆腐味道之外 其他也是淡然無味 非常失望 不值一提這間餐廳除咗甜品之外 卻是一間值得再去的粵川菜的餐廳 我會再去…Read More

今日又返嚟我嘅飯堂食飯 雖然介紹咗好多次不過每次都有啲唔同嘅食品所以同大家講 因為嗰廚師成日都有驚喜畀我北海道醬油燒北寄貝肉質軟骨 鹹淡適中 鮮味濃厚加埋紫蘇葉花 好香好味北海道鮫鰈魚魚邊配酸汁啫喱極度油美 配上酸汁啫喱同埋紫蘇葉花嘅一道嘅前菜 香滑 開胃煙燻鰤魚+鰤魚魚腩我朋友就喜歡魚生片 因為肉質鮮味 我就喜歡煙燻片 因為層次感豐滿 但係兩個都好好食北海道希靈魚鮮甜無比 煙燻味更令到味感不一樣安康魚肝 連魚皮好creamy嘅安康魚肝醬 配爽脆的魚皮 一啖放在口中 慢慢咀嚼 魚肝香味夾雜著魚皮的脆感 超級享受磯煮鮑魚大大嚿放入口 口感一流 不單止鮮甜肥美 真係無與倫比車海老壽司剛剛煮出來的 大蝦 還有點餘溫 夾雜著赤醋飯 再加上 廚師特登為我加了很多柚子皮在蝦的內和外 加添柚子汁 真係好食到冇得頂鯖魚棒壽司用脆脆的 紫菜包住一齊食 味道濃香 加上有醬汁啫喱面 好好食立鱗金鯛魚 海鮮湯加蟹肉立鱗金鯛魚已經是常常餐廳會煮的菜式 但是加了 海鮮濃湯和新鮮拆出來的蟹肉 甜上加甜 甜味三重奏 好有特色厚燒玉子唔好以為係蛋糕 一點麵粉也有沒有 這是雞蛋和魚溶的混合品 可惜只得一片下次一定要再食這個omakase是我的特定廚師發板 如果想食就要 預先同師傅講 訂Philip 的 廚師發板 オ可以享受得到 一定帶到你驚喜Today I am back to my dining hall for dinner. 今日要介紹嘅係位於中環置地文華酒店7樓嘅一間法國餐廳 自從2019年大裝修之後我都好耐未食過 今日就會介紹佢哋嘅 最top tasting menu魚子醬海膽配椰菜花摩絲配上金箔 再加海草粉及木薯粉薄脆 滿滿的魚子醬的鹹味 配戴海膽嘅甜味 混合著清新的椰菜花mousse 這個頭盤算特別 加上有貴氣的金箔 一個好的開頭 但係 我卻被佢哋用暖石頭做底承托著的 海草粉加木薯粉薄脆吸引著 又薄又脆又香 雖然有點點油膩但係 令到我食慾大增 配搭著魚子醬 真係一絕黑松露蘑菇奶凍配鵝肝棒棒糖 香濃的黑松露蘑菇奶凍 口感非常滑 但係我覺得有點真係太滑溜 欠缺一啲層次感 再食鵝肝棒棒糖 雖然表層有酸甜的覆盆子外殼 但是同放一件牛油在口中沒有太大的分別獅魚配 蕃茄 墨西哥胡椒醬汁 清新的配搭 肉質的味道不及日本菜。。。 畢竟這是法國菜 所以也算是好的 開胃可口白酒啫喱 鵝肝青豆凍 配搭洋蔥脆片 這算是其中一碟我比較喜歡的菜式 鵝肝醬超級軟滑 加上微酸的白酒啫喱 口感一流 還有清新青菜味濃嘅青豆 令到鵝肝 一點也不油膩 食完之後再食洋蔥脆片 濃香的洋蔥夾在脆卜卜嘅脆片 實在好食到停唔到口藍龍蝦配日本大根 龍蝦入口彈牙 配搭著 香濃的香草牛油/烤杏仁油 及 蘿蔔 有清新的感覺Arakabu Yaki 魚配法式魚湯煮的醬汁 配上 夏令素菜雲吞 魚肉肉質彈口 但是我比較欣賞他的 法式魚湯汁 食完魚之後 把夏令素菜雲吞放在魚湯中一齊享用 爽脆的蔬菜 軟熟的雲吞皮 夾雜著鮮甜的魚湯 真係一個好好的享受主菜到喇 我選擇咗鵪鶉腿為主菜 粉紅色的鮮嫩鵪鶉腿 入口皮香肉嫩 實在太好味 咬落去仲有血汁 微微流出 鮮味無窮 可惜 分量很少 我至少可以食多四五碟相反我的朋友選擇 日本有田和牛配 紅洋蔥 黑蒜 上海醋汁 肉質很好 但是我還是喜歡我的鵪鶉腿多點甜品是覆盆子配米摩斯及爆米 酸味味的覆盆子夾雜住 微甜的 米摩斯 加上最後的爆米 非常好味總體 這是一間 可以再來的餐廳 但是比起我19年前的回憶 就輸蝕了一點…Read More

在公司附近想食個快午餐,呢間係一個唔錯嘅選擇。套餐只需加65蚊就會有兩隻法國生蠔。 可惜每個套餐只可以要叫兩隻。 呢間餐廳 原來食生蠔 嘅品種都幾多,有二十幾款唔同嘅生蠔。 雖然lunch set只係可以食指定嗰兩隻,但係都非常新鮮,甜美可口。午餐個set 二百幾三百蚊一個人。 但係品質都算中上。 我哋選擇咗個羊扒,肉質鮮嫩可口。 medium rare 做得好好。仲有個牛扒 味道都唔錯。 都可以算做物超所值。所以要食個快嘅午餐呢個係個好嘅選擇。但係順帶一提,佢哋嘅沙律 雖然新鮮但係隻碟好大。 仲有佢哋嘅 南瓜湯,重點唔係個湯,係塊麵包。Looking for a quick lunch near work place, this restaurant is a good pick.There is an option which only cost an additional of $65, you can get two French oysters with any lunch set.
