好多木魚絲呀 菠菜一點渣也沒有 非常清甜可口 醬汁不是太濃 剛剛好
雞皮餃子
我最欣賞嘅小食就係呢一個 薄薄的雞皮包住餃子餡 皮脆內嫩 加上檸檬汁真係好好味
這間餐廳雖然細 但係佢有七年被米芝蓮列為推介餐廳 食個快嘅晚餐 這是一個很好的選擇
Tonight I just want a quick meal so on my way back home, I saw a ramen shop at Caroline Hill Road, CWB, which is very attractive. There is a very attractive photo of tonight special food posted at the front door which lures me into the shop, the good is Chicken White Soup Ramen.

This white soup is incredible. Into the thick soup with cappuccino foam, chef added fish soup and special chicken oil. The taste is very smooth and delicious. Ramen was cooked to perfection, wonderful. The char siu is made from pieces of chicken breast. So juicy, tender and delicious. Together with the chicken soup, which has a strong but not greasy chicken taste, the chicken char siu was unforgettable...
Spinach Salad
There are a lot of shredded wooden fish. The spinach has no residue at all. It is very sweet and delicious. The sauce is not too salty, just right.
Chicken skin dumplings
My favorite snack is this one. The thin chicken skin wraps the dumpling filling. The skin is crispy and the inside is tender. With lemon juice, it really tastes good.
Although this restaurant is small, it has been listed as a recommended restaurant by Michelin for seven years. It is a good choice for a quick dinner. Yummy...
