Everyone arrived for the photo opportunity, the menu wasn't wide but good enough. First day as the social distancing rules get lifted and I walk past this newly opened restaurant, there were lots of staff and very organized.I was pleasantly surprised when the sushi chef offered to serve my order piece by piece. We were seated a few steps above for a better view, it was sofa seating thus comfy. Even comes with cushion.Appetizers were nicely plated and yummy, we liked them a lot. Main we picked pho and pork chop rice. So I booked a table requesting for window side but didn't get it, that was weird and I was not given an explanation until I inquired about it.We were seated with only the tasting menu, so I had to request for the a la carte menu too, and then subsequently request for the drink menu myself (despite I already requested for still water before I even get seated).Staff were chatting loudly throughout, about everything random.The deco was decent, the carpet was posh, the view was amazing, the tables were distanced ok.We ordered the $888 menu for both and a glass of red wine. The food was served quite fast to my surprise and liking. Most dishes were served without an explanation of what it was. I placed my utensils on each dish when I was done and as the staff took them away, there were 2 courses that they forgot to replace my cutlery even after the next course was served and I have to request for it.Food tasted decent I must say, but portions were small that my boyfriend was still hungry towards the end. With that yummy honey butter, I wish their bread was not so tiny, and served on such a huge plate. Cheese sticks were fresh and very flaky, I was impressed. A very good pastry chef they have. 我和vic叫左2個lunch set, 間舖仲好少人時order但等左20分鐘都仲有一個set未到,催佢但都仲等多成5分鐘先有, 隔離檯到已經食完了. 但甜蝦出奇地好吃, 好新鮮同大隻, 好少見 (唔係半透明又霉那種)加$3一杯的橙汁, 一杯好飲, 另一杯似開水, 唔知點解可以咁唔同...service真係麻麻... jusco間間都好早full, 唯獨這間12:45都仲有位...***因唔滿足，我跟vic去左jusco supermarket的taylor's shellfish買左d生蠔, 好正!!!…查看更多
