I called to make reservation of 10, she confirmed my booking, and then said "你上嚟都要等架喇" so wats the point of having a booking system?
just tried my luck and see if I'd get window seat, the reception went "個個都要窗口位，我地邊度有咁多張檯呀？"excuse me?! wats the manner?
