自製long weekend, 上網揾新開餐廳去試。揾到一間新開韓國餐廳，好似幾吸引就即刻去試。因為冇得訂枱，決定提早去排，又好彩唔使排就有bar枱位。試食兩個餐都非常好。炸物好脆，唔油，夠juicy! 芝士豬排拉絲效果一流。配菜，麵 都很好。高CP, 會再嚟!!Searching around for some new restaurant this weekend and found this newly opened Korean restaurant. 難得見到附近有新茶餐廳就同朋友去試吓。環境係乾乾淨淨。而家天氣涼番，開哂窗都有d風，感覺幾舒服。講到食物，隻雞係亮點！鹽雞好夠味，唔會過咸，＄38碟飯平靚正，CP值高。同廚房師傅傾咗陣計，發現原來佢嘅鹽雞係用新鮮走地雞整，怪唔之有雞味，又唔霉！牛腩飯正正常常，碟飯夠哂大碟又多汁，牛筋腩唔韌, 菜心都幾新鮮。凍檸茶正常，一杯有5片檸檬，茶底可以但唔係特別濃。留意凍飲加$6熱飲加$3。街坊住附近或去開泳池游水，不妨試吓。…查看更多

Finally found some time to try this burger place. Found a quieter time to avoid big queues (3pm). Had quite a bad experience while ordering. Was told the burger menu only consist of The burger ($100) and the special black widow burger, so ordered The burger. Only when I was waiting for my burger, I was some different looking burgers coming out of the kitchen. I asked the staff again and got a different answer: "yeah, we actually have many different secret burgers, but you need to click on the QR code on the menu to find out.". Then I asked what if someone doesn't have a phone that scans QR code and I got a rather funny answer: "then you can take the leaflet home and try next time.". Not too sure what to do with that answer, so I sat in frustration.After a good 20mins in heat, (aircon was not good enough, open kitchen, open doors, open windows), the food finally arrived.Burger ($100): only so so, flavouring was not good enough, a bit blend. The reception was attentive. I booked the table 2 days ago for lunch and they rang again this morning to confirm the booking again. Doors were opened for us when we entered the building and reception was waiting at the door to greet us. This is my 2nd time to this restaurant and both visits were amazing.Food, service and atmosphere are all great. Cannot ask for more.If I have to pick the best dish, I think the Sicillian prawns pasta is amazing. My partner went for the Wagyu beef cheek, slowed cooked for 17 hours. It was not in the menu but we asked if they can make an Affogato. As Holly Brown sells both coffee and ice cream, they can do it. We had it with milk flavour ice cream, usually we would go for vanilla, but we wanted to try something new~ Well, it did not come in the most traditional way, but it tasted good.It is worth a try and it costs 46HKD.…查看更多

另一半出糧後的第一餐, 早幾日已經book左檯, book左6:30pm, hold檯10分鐘, 8點要交檯, 因為係海景位, 最低消費$600。其實時間有d趕, 但都照book左先。我早到左15分鐘, 侍應帶檯時, 竟然沿途一排侍應好有禮貌地用韓文打招呼。坐低後, 另一半打黎話仲未放工 (工作地點往尖沙咀大概30分鐘), 到最後, 7點後先到。就係我等緊既呢段時間, 侍應倒茶至少5次。我提早點菜, 然後侍應好聰明咁話:「你想等埋朋友嘛, 無問題」。點茶後, 侍應呈上前菜, 有9款前菜, 全部味道都唔錯, 由其係個款加左橙汁既生菜, 係一個驚喜。其他主菜係另一半到達後再上, 主菜有大蔥海鮮煎餅, 韓式生牛肉, 炆牛肋骨, 牛肉石頭鍋飯大蔥海鮮煎餅 - 味道幾好, 蔥略嫌太長, 同埋可以再煎燶少少 (但純粹個人喜好)韓式生牛肉 - 雪梨牛肉新鮮炆牛肋骨 - 牛肋骨炆得軟熟, 有大概6大舊牛肋骨牛肉石頭鍋飯 - 味道無問題, 份量係一人一大碗。值得一提既係侍應幫我地撈既時候, 另一半多次提出想要多點辣醬, 侍應來回三次, 仍然笑面迎人, 值得一讚!埋單後有甜品, 波蘿及冰凍柚子茶飲品 -可樂, 韓式啤梨汁還要一讚既係我地過左8點, 差唔多8:15pm先走, 佢地無吹過我地, 走既時候亦非常有禮貌鞠躬。價錢合理, 下次會試其他食物。…查看更多

一黎到門口, 有兩個waitresses就跳出門口, 禮貌上都應該幫人拉住道門, 但竟然兩個waitresses都當睇唔到。咁唔緊要, 我就當你睇唔到。入到裡面, 坐低後, the chairs are not comfortable at all!!! 都算, 倒杯水俾客人, 竟然倒到一檯都係。我真係覺得我入左d茶餐廳。Egg Benedict with German Sausage: Hollandaise sauce 無味, bacon 燶到黑, sausage 竟然似越南札肉, bread 太硬Mushroom Soup with bread basket: 湯係好似無調味咁, 湯亦冇乜蘑菇香味。Bread basket ok, 但waitress又趕住收走我d野... 係咪趕住收工到咁... it's only 8pm...Risotto with parma ham: 超咸, 係咸到我想拎入去加水再煮。 d意大利米未熟得透, 我想知佢有冇校過味, 分開哂每樣野黎食, zucchini, mushrooms, parma ham, cheese, 全部都咸。認真d, 我唔係唔食得咸, 但佢係咸到我要不停飲水。同waitress反映過個risotto太咸, 佢話parma ham係咸既。咁我都知parma ham係咸, 但你開得門, 收得人錢, 唔該俾少少heart。廚師冇考慮過材料既combination會令到個dish好咸, 而waitress又冇足夠knowledge去應付客人。最令我俾錢俾得唔高興係waitress企哂係度傾計, 又出出入入食煙, 好似唔憂做咁。…查看更多

同多年冇見的朋友見面, 原先想去銅鑼灣的另一間上樓cafe, 但因為冇位, 所以就左行右行搵另一個可以傾計食飯的地方。誤打誤撞去到呢間餐廳, 雖然地方不算十分寬敞, 但總算有一個可以唔俾人趕住食0既地方。廚房由法國廚師主理, 招呼人客的侍應及老闆都十分friendly, 餐廳有露台位, 可以方便吸煙人士。我同朋友都唔太肚餓, 只點了一個最普通的galette (名字忘記了, egg, ham, cheese and mushroom), 香味十足, 味道亦唔錯。呢個combination不會很易出錯, 所以下次會試另一個味道。有一個問題, 就係唔好掛住講野唔食野, 凍左就唔太好食。飲品要左cranberry juice, earl grey tea, 兩樣都冇問題, 比較細杯。除左食物, service都非常好, 侍應見我地飲品飲完, 即刻奉上水, 仲要好貼心, 係暖水, 唔係凍水冰水或滾水。餐廳有會員制, 可以登記做會員, 接收會員資訊。…查看更多

第2次光臨Triple O's, 上次食burger, 今次就試下chicken strips combo。 畢竟, 去的時候已經係3點3, 食咁大個burger真係會太飽。 即叫即炸, 等多陣都抵啦。 chicken strips 拎上手係燙手的, 炸的時間控制得好, 非常juicy。 另外, 好欣賞蛋黃醬唔太稀, 味道亦調教得同雞塊夾。 配角 - 薯條都做得幾好, 夠熱。價錢方面, total 用左五十幾蚊, 聽落for fast food 好似幾貴, 但如果係好味道, 我覺得呢個價錢係合理。 至少, 食物出到黎, 係真係熱辣辣, 而唔係暖...…查看更多

The first thing I have to say, I love ice-cream. Given that I haven't been to Italy yet, the best place I had gelato is in UK Harrods in London. Most magazines recommanded da dolce to be a good gelato store, my family and I went to try last night. We tried: Pistachio, Caramel Hazelnut, Hazelnut Chocolate, Stracciatella, Crunchy Chocolate, Black SesameHave to say...none of them are good, average for the flavour, but too expensive for the quality.
