見個promotion 幾抵，所以黎試吓。結果.. 好睇，但係唔好食。首先，已經冇咗scallop & sea urchin，轉左蝦。然後：- Sushi 飯好硬- Tempura 蝦頭炸唔透，唔脆，有渣- 所謂嘅slow cooked pork belly, 完全唔係嗰回事，似東坡肉多啲，但肥嘅好肥，瘦嘅亦好瘦，偏韌- 個menkaiko (明太子） udon carbonara, seriously, it’s like someone has just vomited the carbonara sauce onto it! And I have never seen so much cheese in a carbonara sauce! So it is a 3 starred restaurant. But I must say it was a HUGE disappointment! I came here a few years ago and thought the pasta was very good, so decided to come again. Only this time, EVERYTHING was a disappointment. First of all, the service is bad. They particularly like to argue. We were trying to order some wine, and we still couldn’t find the right one after 2 trails. So we tried to explain to the wine manager about what exactly we didn’t like, which was the bitterness/tardiness taste in the wine. But instead of helping, the manger simply argued that “No, I couldn’t taste that taste in the wine. It is very fresh! It’s a $4000-worth bottle of wine! I couldn’t understand what you mean!” Come on! I thought I was the customer! And their job was to do their best to meet my satisfaction! But they ain’t helping!Later on, we had a sea urchin pasta as main, which was way too salty. So when a waiter came by and asked how everything was, I said to him that “The pasta was too salty.” Then the waiter said it could be the sea urchin or the condensed soup they used in the dish. Then I suggested that they probably put too much salt in it. Then the waiter dared to insist that they didn’t put any salt in the dish! And they didn’t even want to admit it even when I said “maybe it’s the pasta water”. I mean, when a customer says the dish is too salty, the dish is too salty. If you can’t take in the comment, why would you even bother to ask “How is the dish?”??!!!! The portion of all the dishes is small, which I don’t actually mind if the taste is really good. Unfortunately, the taste was DEFINITELY NOT up to a Michelin 3-star standard. Even the best dish, it was only mediocre. The abalone appetizer was like the abalone straight out from a tin can. 在網路上看到這位全港第一位女壽司師傅的訪問，知道原來香港也有這類型的壽司餐廳，決定一試。這次選了由師傅發板的套餐。材料每日由日本新鮮運到。味道方面，雖然不是我吃過中最好的，但食材絕對鮮美。師傅還會建議怎樣進食每道食物才可吃到它最好的味道。每件壽司也是老闆娘自己親自主理。而且她的服務很細心丶很周到！舗頭雖小，但環境絕對舒適！價錢絕對合理！是可以一去再去的地方。極力推薦：蠔、海膽壽司、松葉蟹肉、自家製喬麥麵…查看更多

早兩日去咗食團年飯。第一次去，發現廚師廚藝一流！完全意料之外！餸菜味道調教得剛剛好！雖然舖面唔大，但都坐得舒服，而且有大電視，可以一路追劇一路食飯！誠意推介：1）羊腩煲 - 我本身唔食羊，連肥牛都唔食就係因為怕膻 ，但這裡的羊腩就一啲都唔膻，而且炆得好腍，好入味！再配支竹, 好味！2）麻辣口水雞 - 佢地招牌菜！唔太辣，配料好香，雞肉質好又入味，雲耳爽脆，正式色、香、味俱全！一舊又一舊，配飯一流！3）茄汁蝦 - 第一次食蝦可以連頭都食埋，脆卜卜，唔駛搣殼！味道唔會大濃，又有鮮味！最緊要係食完成餐飯唔會覺得好口渴唔駛不停搵水飲！值得一試再試！…查看更多

Went to Street Meat for snacks and drinks with some friends on Boxing Day. The place is a cute little place on Wynham Road. Frankly, the place didn't strike me at first, but as soon as we ordered and the food came, everything changed. We ordered some lobster rolls and cocktails. The lobster rolls were so fresh with a whole lobster claw meat on top. What's more, there's a piece of sea urchin/ uni on it!! Although it's just a small piece, it's very fresh and sweet! Combined with the crispy bread, I can say it's the most delicious lobster roll I have ever had! 😋The cocktails were all so special that they can hardly be gotten anywhere else. The restaurant owners got inspirations from perfume and created has a line of cocktails. We tasted different cocktails with taste of lavender, preserved kumquat, wasabi... It was my first time and probably be the last time there. I was attracted by the magnificent view of the restaurant, so decided to give it a try. We got a table right in front of the window that overlooked the Victoria harbor. The atmosphere was great and the harbor view was breath-taking. However, the food was indeed a huge disappointment. We ordered a sea bass appetitizer, urchin sushi, a steak, urchin fried rice, and some cocktails. Appetitizers: The sea bass and sea urchins were fresh, however, the sea urchin didn't have the fresh sweetness that I expected; the flavor was rather bland. Steak: I ordered it medium-rare. The meat itself was tender, temperature was right on. But the steak lacked the crisp on the outside and it actually felt soggy. Although the meat was tender, it was not juicy, and flavorless. It came with some sauce in a saucer. Again, the sauce is flavorless. It just tasted like some darkened water. Sea urchin fried rice: the sea urchin wasn't mixed in the rice, instead, there were two slices of sea urchin placed on top of a bowl of fried rice. As mentioned, the sea urchin lacked sweetness. The fried rice was a bit dry, and could use a little bit more salt. Cocktails: it was almost the best thing the restaurant could offer, but still it's far from tasting good, it's just mediocre. It wasn't fruity enough, and alcohol wasn't strong enough. The total cost was $19xx. I found it way over-prized with the food quality such below average. I would never go back again.…查看更多
