Absolutely horrific experience. I came to the store to use an in-app coupon on my points card but when I opened the app the coupon had disappeared. The restaurant staff were unable to help me and gave me a hotline number. I spoke to the staff on the phone for 30mins and they told me that they couldnt help me either even though it was an error with their app. How can anyone trust their membership system if coupons can disappear and they refuse to help?Absolutely awful dining experience. …查看更多

The pork was alright. Not a fan of pork to start with. Not particularly tender. But probably very fatty as it flamed the grill.Then I tried some of the ox tongue which didn't taste so ox tonguey. Was rather bland and lacked texture.The saba was good but would have been better if it had been marinated with a little salt.I liked the chicken best. Perhaps I don't have high standards for chicken and slightly undercooked chicken during yakiniku always tastes a little better.I was like. When are we getting that A5 beef?Then came the shocking revelation... what I had thought was bland textureless ox tongue was actually A5 beef. Ok. This is not A5. This place has pissed me off for the last time.  I will never come back. Every other experience has been negative and it is also on the pricier side compared to the shop next door.I made a purchase and tried to pay in cash only to be told by the old lady cashier that they did not accept 50 cent coins... the very 50 cent coins they had given me as change the last time I was here!!! Which then reminded of the poor service they had provided last time too! I had called in for an order, only for it to be totally forgotten.  Not only did that result in additional wait time, the staff was also busy chatting at the cashier and did not promptly retrieve my purchase that was already available at the back of the store. When they finally decided to get back to work, they brought out two of four items, both of which were orders placed after me! And dont forget my order had already been delayed an extra 20mins because they had dropped my phone order! They were unapologetic.There was also once that they gave me the wrong order too. Never coming back.  …查看更多
