This place has pissed me off for the last time. I will never come back. Every other experience has been negative and it is also on the pricier side compared to the shop next door.I made a purchase and tried to pay in cash only to be told by the old lady cashier that they did not accept 50 cent coins... the very 50 cent coins they had given me as change the last time I was here!!! I made a purchase and tried to pay in cash only to be told by the old lady cashier that they did not accept 50 cent coins... the very 50 cent coins they had given me as change the last time I was here!!!
Which then reminded of the poor service they had provided last time too! I had called in for an order, only for it to be totally forgotten. Not only did that result in additional wait time, the staff was also busy chatting at the cashier and did not promptly retrieve my purchase that was already available at the back of the store. When they finally decided to get back to work, they brought out two of four items, both of which were orders placed after me! And dont forget my order had already been delayed an extra 20mins because they had dropped my phone order!
They were unapologetic.
There was also once that they gave me the wrong order too.
Never coming back.
