Sep 2025 visit to Whey gave me a pleasant surprise. We booked dinner for birthday celebration. Whey offered a new menu this time (compare to my last visit 1 year plus ago, I vaguely remember what I had). We normally go to the Tai Hang shop, but finding a parking is difficult, so glad they open up in Happy Valley. These 2 are our favourite breakfast dishes and coffee is always excellent here. We are also a regular for the Wanchai shop. Visitors in town, decided to bring them here for dinner, great ambience, super busy restaurant. Ordered from the Dinning City set menu, food remained high standard, value for money, love all the starters in particular the self-cut lemon and tomato with salt and olive oil impressed me the most. Value for money sourdough, we bought a large one. The texture is a more solid than a regular sourdough. I had it with peanut butter on toast for breakfast and made sandwich for lunch. This is beyond a regular bakery, they even sell granola, ham and all sort of goodies. This is also a nice breakfast place as well.Will definitely come back again and try other bread. …查看更多
