I had an exceptional dining experience that truly exceeded expectations at Cafe 2 Oyster N Grill. From start to finish, every dish was thoughtfully prepared and packed with flavor.We began with oysters from around the world—each offering its own unique texture and taste. The Irish Rock had a slightly chewier edge, while the Castillo oysters were impressively large and less fishy than the Spanish Pearl. The Castillo were my favorite!Next, we tried two appetizers: Garlic Shrimp and Bread and Octopus Ceviche. The shrimp were large, hot, and bursting with flavor—especially satisfying after a crisp cold salad. The sauce was so good that the accompanying bread was perfect for dipping. The octopus and avocado were equally impressive; the warm octopus paired with cold parsley salad and thick balsamic vinegar created a beautifully refreshing summer dish.The Wagyu Ribeye M5/6 steak was a standout. Cooked low and slow, it came out perfectly tender with a seared, grilled exterior. The meat was juicy, and the flavor was pure—just high-quality beef at its finest. Their beef quality scale (from M3/4 to M7/8) is interesting, and even at M5/6, the taste was rich and layered.We also had the Double Cheese Burger and fries. The burger was juicy, cheesy, and served with a hot, soft bun. The fries were perfectly crispy and salted just right. To finish, the hot lava cake with ice cream (with Oreo crumble!) hit the spot. The crème brûlée wasn’t overly sweet, letting the creaminess and caramel shine. Chutney Tandoor house is located in Central. Overall it's a very delightful experience.The appetiser is crackers with chutney sauces. The green, salty and cilantro flavoured. The red, a little bit spicy and the yellow/white was sweet.The shrimp is huge. I could taste the cumin on it. The sauce is homemade guava chutney with mustard.The salad has mint cilantro with some fruits and red onion. It’s very refreshing and minty and citrusy, very refreshing. The top is covered with the cracker and sprinkled with the chutney sauce on top. And then also sprinkled on top with crispy sticks. It’s quite light. Also has spicy aftertaste.Butter chicken has a drizzle of truffle sauce which when mixed together with the butter curry sauce makes it very savoury.
