Came here before their official opening to the public in HK.  Reached the restaurant at 12:30pm and the waitress politely sat us at a table by the window.  We ordered a few appetisers like the King crab cocktail, Seared scallops with carrot puree, Tamarind spiced chicken wings and Seabass Carpaccio.  The crab cocktail had plenty of crab meats, scallops were so juicy and tendered, the chicken wings were juicy and of course, the carpaccio was excellent!As for mains, we tried the Roasted Dingley Dell Pork Belly and Ocean Roasted Trout.  Our first taste of the dingley dell pork belly was in London 2 years ago at Bread Street Kitchen.  The pork's skin was so crispy and tendered meat so juicy that you can see the juice sprawling out once you cut it!  A must try for sure.  We are not a fan of beef so we cannot give any comment on the steaks, etc.  Overall, this restaurant is worth giving a visit.…查看更多

It was our first time here and will definately be our last one as well!Firstly, the food (dim sum) taste terribly bad......Oily, salty, you name it.  Worst prawn dumplings (har gow) and rice flour rolls (prawn) we've ever tasted before!  Not to mention, the steam chicken feet, sticky rice, etc, etc!  Super oily and salty.... :(Secondly, waitresses were rude and impolite!  Not knowing when and where their hands will suddenly pop up from behind you to grab those empty plates, etc!  No response from them as if they were mute when we requested for some chilli sauce for our dim sum.  Of course.....we ended up didn't getting it too. 上個月，睇完”飲食X女”介紹呢間甜品舖，D野睇落好似好好味，無耐發現有半價團購優惠，即買。多次路過都食得太飽食唔到，星期六6點幾見未食晚飯又路過，緊係食啦! 去到無人等位，人客只有不多於10人，係門口企左一陣，無人帶位，近門口既收銀處有2個侍應企左係度，2個人都唔望又唔理，咁我同朋友兩個咪行過呢一男一女侍應身邊自己搵位坐，以為佢地玩完電話會理下我地…………，幾分鐘過後，都無人理，完全無人識得比餐牌，重以為好似food court咁要自己去買，點知好在見到有人要比錢，先知道D侍應會行過去，最後要開聲大聲問加揮手先有，餐牌上樣樣都好似好吸引，即打算叫一個”冬之戀新地” (團購優惠係6選1既新地系列)，加一個”紫萄之戀”。 唔知點解間舖又唔多人，但係D侍應都係唔多理人，又要重覆頭先既大聲叫加揮手先有人望下咁，第一個高長髮女侍應目無表情加好似無咩力咁行過黎，咁由於團購關係，好多時要落單就提供，當我話比佢知同團購，佢即時大聲咁話 ”咩呀?咩黎嫁?” 全個場D人全部望住我地，超無面，好似乞咁!!!之後佢大聲叫另外一個女侍應過黎又睇下 ” 咩呀?無晒喎!”，再叫廚房入面一個男侍應出黎睇………”哦…..咁你要咩呀?” 咁我話要冬之戀新地，佢話”無”，之後，我話咁要芒之仲夏，佢又話 “無芒果” ”0”，咁重可以要咩呢? 佢最後話可以叫返冬之戀新地轉第2隻味既雪糕………咁最好啦!! 佢即刻轉頭就走左，都未叫第2樣………，算! 咁樣又過左15分鐘，聽到有人追單，侍應走去廚房到問，返黎就回覆話新地要等15分鐘，部機有問題，要等。 吓?我都係叫呢樣喎，點解無人同我地講既?! 又過多10分鐘，人地既新地送到，我地咪叫個長髮女跟單，佢走去廚房問頭先比較矮既女侍應，呢個企係廚房內的女侍應當時正在用筷子食緊炒烏冬或粗麵加上佢又講野又係製作甜品中既廚房….?!!侍應返黎問 ”你地叫左D咩?再無單喎!!!!!” OMG!! 唔係呀!? 我同朋友準備走既時侯，我見到廚房剛整好我叫既新地，見圖。 由於無曲奇味雪糕換左粒朱古力味，唔計側左一邊既雪糕，樣係幾靚，味道就由朱古力味雪糕，當然係普通啦，D小丸子，細細粒，乳酪味道無咩味，只可以話係唔甜，當你食到中間的脆脆米時，已經無咩味，整體味道唔差，幾靚。但係值唔值得等一個鐘 + 咁既待遇 + 衛生情況，咁就真係要考慮下。好後悔叫左朋友黎陪我受氣同出醜。:(…查看更多

凍凍地緊係打邊爐，最近就係附近既富源，$128 火鍋任食個半鐘重要全包，抵! 其實佢地個價錢成日變，好似海鮮價，試過食$128+茶介，可能無人食又減返價! 普通湯底唔駛加$，叫左個蕃茄薯仔湯底，OK!點左火煱料得既有雜菇、新鮮既海蝦、炸芋頭、豆腐、粟米、芋絲、娃娃菜、鮮支竹、雞片、豬頸肉及蔬菜。唔得既有好雪味既九肚魚、叫鯇魚腩但係黎左魚片及頭、貢丸、有好雪味既芝士丸。飲品要了一罐啤酒及一罐汽水。 其實食材大致新鮮，價錢合理，只係服務好唔合格。配料點左有D有，有D無黎，任食係咁架啦! 老細個樣已經話你知……唔好要求咁多，比D咩你，你咪食LAW!!! 由開張至今，早、午、下午茶及晚巿都試過，結論是自討苦吃！老闆長期黑面、大力放下牌及食物，到收銀果時又係黑面唔出聲手指指。其實如果覺得$128火鍋任食收費不合理，大可加價！！唔想做可以唔做！我都以為自己有問題，定係食得太多。 隔離的婆婆加朋友，叫茶都比人呼喝乜你睇唔到我幫你收緊野呀！就算在對食物及服務無要求下，可能都好難有下次。 …查看更多

咁岩星期日黎深水埗，睇下呢間想試好耐既隱家沾麵店駛唔駛排隊先，地方有D難搵，好在聞到香味就搵到，原來4:00係休息既，行多陣5:50黎等。人龍唔長，等左15-20分鐘，ok! 舖內裝修好似臨時建築咁，櫈係兩個可樂箱反轉疊埋，得意!檯上有文字加圖介紹點食沾麵，明晒! 叫左個隠世白伝沾麵$78一黎兩碗，一大碗微溫+黐埋一齊既淨麵(無肉粒)，另外湯嗰碗有隻半熟蛋，有兩片叉燒，兩塊紫菜印有字既(自己嗰碗兩塊都面向下，食左都唔知!!)同3條干筍。 湯唔夠熱，湯本身個味都ok，有豬骨味但唔突出，食完好飽同好口渴。 …查看更多

星期日中午同朋友前往荃灣煌府飲茶，因為趕時間、地點方便又不用等位，加上話晒尖沙咀果間都攞過旅發局 2011「美食之最大賞」點心組既最優秀金獎，唔會太差卦。 點了虾餃、燒賣等點心及一碟"脆米瑤柱蛋白炒飯"，食完點心後，炒飯终於到，食時只留意到無瑤柱及只有菜粒加蛋白炒飯，都無所謂，但食到見底時，嚇左一跳，心想唔係呀?! 六合彩又唔見我中，食左2碗先比我睇到 - 疑似"老鼠屎"!!!!! 食左老鼠屎死人架!!!! 同行朋友即時反胃作嘔! 一位姓陳男部長一睇一掂即唔出聲走左………… 如果唔係趕時間我都等食環署收去化驗等佢見下報。總之無下次!…查看更多

Ordered 2 laksas for lunch and self-collected (since the staff claimed that they are busy). Ate halfway and noticed there's nothing in the laksa except for 3 pcs of fried-beancurd and a thin slice of hard boil egg. Immediately, clarified with my collegue to see whether her bowl of laksa is the same as mine. Turned out, her laksa has 3 pcs of fried-beancurd, a thin slice of hard boil egg, 3 slices of fish cake and 3 slices of vietnamese pork sausage. For your information, the laksas cost us HK$44 EACH! Called up the shop, a lady picked up and told her about the laksa and was answered RUDELY that they are extremely busy and will compensate me the next time! Her attitude is really bad and she thinks that I am finding fault with her! Her mind was like....can't you see that we are so busy just now and this is something that will happen once awhile!! Frustrated with her rude voice, I cut the line off!A minute later, my phone rang and its a call from the owner (I guess) this time. Her attitude is a little better than the first lady but overall she still mentioned the same thing like....we are too busy at lunch just now that caused the kitchen to missed out on the fillings! I told them that this is not an excuse since they cannot expect their customers to open up every bowl of their takeaways and start counting whether they have put in the proper ingredients/fillings before leaving the restaurant! This is RIDICULOUS!! I told her, no more next time!!When the restaurant first opened at Jordan, there aren't many customers visiting them and their attitude was nicer. Now.....NOT ANYMORE since you might see some 2 or 3 person waiting in front of their restaurant during lunch. First visit to the restaurant for lunch and promised, will NEVER return for the rest of my life!Were greeted coldly by the waitress and urged to place our orders once seated. Ordered the following:-- 1 x salad and soup (potato) each- 1 x Mushroom fettucine (with some slice red & green bell peppers)- 1 x Chicken risotto with turmeric- 2 x coffee (expresso & house coffee)Both salad and soup taste normal and nothing to be excited about. The mushroom fettucine was ok but not the chicked risotto with turmeric. Tasted so salty and awful! Same thing goes to coffee. Such a simple drink but turns out to be sour! Can you imagine drinking coffee that taste sour??!! Ridiculous!! :(In addition, the waitresses were rude and cold. My first visit to the restaurant for dinner sometime in August 2011 was a great experienced. We ordered a tempura set ($480) and 2 sashimi sets ($500 each). The tempura set was fabulous with a combination of fresh prawns (e.g. mantis prawn, fresh prawn paste), abalone, taro, pumpkin, etc. Similarly, the sashimis were fresh and presentable. We even thought enjoying this meal without coupons is definitely worthwhile! We were so excited that we came back again on Sept., 20th for dinner and ordered a tempura and sashimi set each. You will never believe it cos everything turn out the other way round this time. Tempura prawns are not fresh and oily. I can say that the entire tempura set is oily and not attractive. Same thing to the sashimi, it is not fresh and the size of sushis reduces tremendously! I wonder if this is bcos too many people was conned into buying their discounted coupons and they (the restaurant) have to shrink the sizes of their meal to serve us. I still have a couple of coupons with me and wonder if it is worth going back again. At the end of this bad meal, we still have to forked out an additional HK$178 after deducting HK$900 worth of coupons value (for 2 person). Not worth at all! …查看更多

Went for lunch happily last week but ended up being unhappy during and after meal.Ordered "Chai-tau-kway" (fried raddish cake), "Nasi lemak" (coconut rice wth peanuts, anchovies, etc) and half dozen of chicken satay.Comment for raddish cake:- Oily, very sweet, no bean-sprouts and lots of MSG!Comment for coconut rice:- Oily (fried egg and sambal), coconut rice that doesn't taste coconut in it and prawns (baby) in sambal is not fresh at all.Comment for chic satay:- Tender and recommended.Overall, the food taste below average but the attitude of staff serving us is worse than BAD and yet they still have guts to charge 10% for their NO SERVICE as service charge!! If you come here expecting western cuisine, you are so, so, so, so, so....WRONG!!Food here is EXACTLY similar to the normal HK "char-chan-teng"(CCT)!! I ate the apple & banana cake and the chocolate tart. What I can say is SUGAR is the ONLY ingredient in their cakes and bear in mind, they are NOT cheap either!! Hygiene wise, is totally ZERO since all cakes were exposed without being covered!!The coffee served is worst than the one being served at McCafe!
