Ramen Taifu from Tokyo has an interesting concept - only serves つけ麺 dipping noodles in the daytime and only ramen in the evening. I am more of a ramen than tsukemen person but this time when I past by around 1.30pm, there was no queue outside so let's give it a try.Generous amount of noodles. The noodles were al dente. The broth was good, not too salty but thick enough and flavorful. Charsiu was tender and nicely roasted. The egg was also jammy and we'll marinated. Service was good.
