Havent been to here for a long time! This is so far the best prawn 沾麵 I have tried in Hk. The noodles are just right or al dente, the soup is tasty but would be better if it’s a bit less salty. When you finish eating the noodles, you can ask them to help you add some clear soup so that you could drink the soup, but I think it taste better without adding the clear soup. 一風堂have 蝦沾麵and this one definitely are far more outstanding!
