Heard that this souffle pancake restaurant originated from Japan and has been in Hong Kong for over 1 year, but still has high popularity.  Their fluffy pancake is so delicious and the cream is not too sweet.  Very nice and spacious place.  The only bad part is the waiting.  I arrived around 6pm and over 30 people were waiting in line.  You have to be patience for this restaurant.
