KILKENNY -
A pretty classic Irish Ale from a great draught pour, topped with a nice cream head ! I have had this so many times in the past whether it be a molecular formulae nitrogenated draught, or the canned ones with that innovative Widget which gives more artifical 'crema', much like certain coffee machines! Haven't tried Kilkenny for a while however and its been dearly misses - tasting of a bit of honey and date, its strongest character is its underlying depth rather than its aroma, which it doesn't carry much. Kilkenny's are not very bubbly at all but it wins on its overall solid flavour and steadiness!
