Booked this place as we want to go to LegolandSmooth booking on OpenRice!I got there with my 4.5 year old. Ordering: the staff couldn’t get my order right. Not sure if he’s sober but it’s merely two things that I ordered. After we order we asked for a dessert spoon and knife for my kid. Ordering: the staff couldn’t get my order right. Not sure if he’s sober but it’s merely two things that I ordered.
After we order we asked for a dessert spoon and knife for my kid. They gave me a plastic fork and a silver spoon, adult size. 5 mins later I asked another staff., he got it. And later on I saw a kid next to us had a kids’ one, not sure if it’s BYOU.
We ordered several dishes afterwards, and when they served us the tofu, the sauce (side dish) spilled out and landed on my hairy leg and the floor. The staff didn’t notice both. What the...
And I just realized they should have forgotten the 15% off for us.
Food is ok. Price is ok. Service not ok. No need to really try.
