Minced tuna with spring onion - The portion of tuna was not alot, compared to the sushi rice in it. Tuna was soft and buttery, seaweed was very thin and crispy as well.
Grilled lamb rack with herbs - It was juicy and tender, with no after taste. It was chewy as well, not too overly tough.
Prawn and crab congee - It was cooked till soft and smooth, with not much ingredients in it. There were crab roe at the top, to enhance the taste of the congee.
Clams in spicy wine - The clams was of bigger size and was boiled till chewy and smooth. The soup was tasty and slightly spicy too.
Seared salmon was soft and buttery, almost melting in my mouth. Seared scallop with goose liver was chewy as well, coupled with the oily texture of goose liver, was delicious.
Fried chicken wings was surprisingly good. The skin was crispy and yet the meat inside was still juicy and smooth. Fried tempura was crispy and inside was still juicy and fresh.
The plus points of this buffet was that they served free flow of Movenpick and Haagen Daaz ice cream. Movenpick strawberry ice cream was sweet, with strawberry meat inside. Haagen Daaz chocolate ice cream was sweet as well, with strong chocolate taste.
