We suggested to have dinner at Mini Friday tonight as we knew that they were very popular and having good review. It was located at Ginza Plaza, few minutes walk from Yau Ma Tei MTR.Their menu was comprehensive, offering a wide range of dishes such as salad, soup, appetizer, pasta, pizza, main, drinks and desserts etc. Besides that, they offered dinner set and DIY pasta set as well. French fries with salt egg yolk - The chef was generous with the portion, which fill the whole plate. It was fried till very crispy and coated with aot of salted egg yolk. It was salty and flavourful, chewy as well.
Casareccia scallop in mentaiko cream - Pasta was very creamy and chewy, absorbing the essence of the gravy, which was very creamy and thick in texture. Scallop was huge in size, fresh and chewy. Mentaiko cream and crab roe helped to make it flavourful.
Pepperoni and parma ham pizza - It was huge in size and was of thin crust. It was very crispy at the edge. Pizza was flavourful and cheesy, with plenty of pepperoni and ham in it, which was slightly spicy and flavourful.
Chocolate lava cake - When we cut open the cake, those chocolate lava came flowing out, with plenty of it in it. It was thick in texture and having strong cocoa taste. Chocolate ice cream was sweet and smooth too.
