TGIF lunch with the London gang. Whilst waiting for latecomers, reminisced about walking along Bayswater Rd and strolls in the park etc.The duck was definitely a must-order item. Someone remarked whilst the duck at Four Seasons London was obviously sourced in London, the HK ones were from Thailand. Which did not disappoint at all. Crispy skin, tender juicy meat. Yums. Another remarked that the dish of sauce that came with it tasted exactly the same as the one in London.Char Siu did not disappoin

Char Siu did not disappoint either. Perfect balance of fat, 燶邊 in places.

Enjoying the byob wine so much forgot to order dessert 😫
In summary: Very fulfilling meal. Would def throw a bigger Londoners dinner in the private room after the restrictions get lifted. In the meantime, very interested to return n try other dishes on the menu.
