跟朋友來到雲咸街找地方吃晚餐,她提議到她常來的Wagyu,我未來過這和牛餐廳用餐,所以就決定要試試。星期五的晚上,客人特別多,要接近九時才有座位,我倆就先來到酒吧部份喝杯酒,聊聊天。點餐後,肚子很餓,要先吃點麵包。先來頭盤小吃,Spinach,Walnut & Mixed Cheese Filo’s,Baby Spinach Leaves & Walnuts Combined with Feta,Blue & Mozzarella Cheeses,Wrapped in Filo Pastry & Baked ‘til Crisp,served with a Savory Outback Tomato Salsa,$130。酥皮包著三種芝士,有菲達、手牛及藍芝士,再混著菠菜蓉及核桃粒,芝士味道濃郁,內裡呈半融狀態,外層又酥脆,十分滋味,再沾上蕃茄沙沙醬,酸酸的,減去一點膩濟感。Cha Cha Char,Pizza Margherita,topped with Tender Wagyu Beef Strips,Bundy Rum Glazed Onions & Cherry Tomatoe
