Really bad attitude when serving the customers, inpatient to explain things with clarity. The waitress there was just rolling her eyes at you when you hoped to ask for help. You are just paying for a very premium price as 5 stars hotel but getting very low-quality service in return, that telling you: "They feel pissed off if you ask for the service"  Not worthing the 2nd visit. No way !
