I booked a table for Sunday lunch by phone, when we arrived at the restaurant we were told that they put down my reservation for the Sunday after (without any apology). I told the restaurant that we need a high chair for the baby, they just ignored my request and asked us to stand by the side to wait (for 45 minutes), and they seated every other customers before they offered us a table, not taking into account that we have a baby with us!
