题外话/补充资料: I made the reservation for the 2nd day of Lunar New Year (11/2) lunch four weeks ago (11/1/2013) through the i-reservation. Suppose it should be ok if I received the confirmation. Right. I was out of town for three weeks and came back to HK on 3/2/2013. Since this is a family gathering for lunar new year, for safe I called to the restaurant to ensure the reservation is secured. I called them on 6/2/2013 and the receptionist said it was ok. Then it should be no problem. Unfortunately, they called me on 9/2 evening around 9pm and told me that the restaurant will not open on 11/2/2013. It is not acceptable. I asked them to get the manager on the phone. Then the manager asked me what happen? What? This is the 2nd time that I experienced the bad communication and management in this restaurant. I asked for the management office telephone. The manager said they didn't have and seemed she didn't want to give me. Anyway. No matter how good the food they have, I will not visit the restaurant. I also understand why large catering group can survive and small business can't. If they don't improve the communication and management, they will be closed within one year. Looking forward...
