Very average food quality, bad service

My family and I went there for lunch on a weekday. Not very busy throughout the entire lunch time. Food quality is only average. Fried food is way too greasy, pizza tastes like nothing, sushi rolls are so-so. But what is most unsatisfactory is its service. It's not that they are unattentive, they are just not well-trained. They are very very slow to listen. We were ordering, and the waiter seemed to not know the dishes at all. They also missed some orders. The funny thing is, we ordered

They are very very slow to listen. We were ordering, and the waiter seemed to not know the dishes at all. They also missed some orders. The funny thing is, we ordered edamame and it came. A little later, other dishes came so the waiter was struggling trying to squeeze all dishes on the table. Doing so, he put the edamame dish aside. After he rearranged all other dishes, he just took the edamame away!! He must have thought they were all eaten when we had not even touched it!! So we had to ask another waiter to chase back the dish. I mean, it's one thing wasting a completely untouched dish, it's yet another that the waiter didn't even bother taking a look to identify. It is obvious that the waiters there need further training so that they could become more attentive and organized. I most likely wouldn't go back. For that price, I could easily find substitutes with better food quality and more attentive service.
