因为早前J先生说过要大肆庆祝, 于是就在Friday night 选了在L’ATELIER de Joël Robuchon 食餐好既~为著米芝莲3星的名誉而来, 当然样样都想试, 于是就点了9个course 的tasting menu~Menu 写明所有面包都系由佢地bakery team 去做的, 证明佢地对自家制面包系充满信心. 佢去到, 佢地serve 面包时, 我明白点解佢地咁充满信心, 因为真系有好多选择, 我先试baguette, 外脆内软, 好味.食完amuse bouche 后就系caviar with salmon tartare, 鱼子酱唔会死咸, 配埋salmon tartare, 鲜味即时提升不少, 加上咁靓既装饰, 想唔比满分都唔得.评分 : 5/5跟住系Maine lobster and baby spinach, 龙虾新鲜, 但味道略为淡左D, 食唔出龙虾应有的鲜味.评分 : 4/5Foie gras & Iberico ham raviolis with celeriac cappuccino and black truffle. 呢个raviolis

食完amuse bouche 后就系caviar with salmon tartare, 鱼子酱唔会死咸, 配埋salmon tartare, 鲜味即时提升不少, 加上咁靓既装饰, 想唔比满分都唔得.

Pan fried sea bass wih lemongrass foam and stewed baby leeks, 个人认为sea bass 煎得有D熟得济, 同埋鱼本身无乜味….但我钟意个lemongrass foam,可能系因为我对香茅的偏爱….整体黎讲, 呢道菜有少少失望.

Pan seared Japanese A5 Wagyu beef with aromatic arugula salad, 谂住反正都系食好D, 就加钱转左A5 Wagyu beef, 但…真系大失所望….唔知点解, 上碟时牛已经系微温…食落一D牛味都无, 好淡, 淡到如果我唔知佢系牛的话, 我会唔知道自己食紧乜….只可以讲, 牛肉好淰无筋….得呢一个卖点…

Strawberry compote with honey jelly, mascarpone and lime sorbet, 一上甜品, 刚才对牛的失望差唔多一扫而空…首先卖相好精美, 好似有朵花在最面头咁, 而且味道酸甜既层次感十足…每一啖都有唔同既味道, 好唔舍得食完…

再黎一道甜品, Mango mousse and praline cream with lemongrass coulis, mousse 好幼滑, 唔会好酸, 比到一个恰到好处既清新感去完结整个晚餐.
评分: 4.5/5
最后的petit four 配埋一杯茶, 为整晚划上一个完对既句号.
题外话/补充资料: 用餐完毕后, 女士会有一份小礼物, 原来系柠檬蛋糕, 让好味道延续至家中~impressive~
