I would like to share my bad experience in this restaurant with you guys.Last night, my friend and I went to there for dinner. Last night, my friend and I went to there for dinner. Before the dinner, we were very excited about it; however we are very disappointed after the dinner.
First of all, I don’t talk about the food, I talk about the service. To be honest, this is one of the worst service restaurants I have experienced in my lift. After the receptionist arranged the table for us, we found that it was very cold around our seats due to the air conditioner temperature setting. Then, we asked a waitress to adjust the air conditioner temperature a bit; however she just said ok and did nothing. After 15 minutes, we could stand with the cold temperature, we asked another waitress to adjust the air conditioner temperature again and as expected, she did nothing to it. Very disappointed, no follow up and no explanation to us. No matter what, at least they should try to help us or explain to us why they cannot do it. I really want to know how the management trains their staffs. Is responsible and respective to the customer the key point to them?
Food, about food. In general, the food tasted ok and was not very outstanding. We can found the same quality food anywhere outside, but why here. Nevertheless, I don’t think this is unacceptable of finding raw pork meat in a dumpling. Any follow-up this time? Yes, they did, they changed another for us quickly. Probably, they afraid this would be reported to Food and Environmental Hygiene Department.
To be honest, I strong not recommend this restaurant.
