Ordered a beef soup pho for takeaway. Lid was not closed properly. Halfway through in the heavy rain, the online dining platform paper bag broke, spilling soup onto my berms. I ran back both hands supporting the soup bowl, not able to hold the umbrella with my hands tied with other takeaways for my family. Staff was defensive, not a word of apology, blamed the rain (though the soup stains and smell on the bag was evident), eager to get me out of the restaurant, with no empathy. Food’s decent
