今天和兩個朋友到尖沙嘴吃午飯,我們選擇了尖沙嘴,交通方便的 iSquare, 但是最終我們卻換來一肚氣。


First of all, we had quite a high expectation at this restaurant as she locates in the heart of TST (TST MTR at the basement), she also got quite a decent decoration and quite a quiet place for customers to enjoy meals there. On the contrary, the software of this restaurant made us very disappointed.


首先,我們對這家餐廳的期望幾高,位於尖沙嘴的中心地帶 (尖沙嘴地鐵站就在地庫),凴她優雅日式西餐的裝修,寧靜的用餐環境,有我們原以爲可以開心跟朋友用餐的地方。。。 唉,奈何這些有利條件和硬件並不能為她抵償那不堪的服務和差強人意的出品,真的令人大失所望!


We ordered three set lunches, Set A, B & C, respectively. One of my friends complaint that the spaghetti were full of shells (shells from crab) and the waitress's response was: "I'll reflect to our chef", without any apology and further action!!! (I believe she is a post-80s) In such a case, we called another waitress and she offered us to change to another kind of food after receiving our complaint.

我們三個人分別點了午餐 A,B 及 C。 其中一個朋友發覺他吃的意粉滿是蟹殼,於是向服務員投訴,而她的回覆竟然是“我會向我們的廚師反映”,然後好像沒事一樣離開了!!! (我相信她是80後) 因此,我們向另一位服務員投訴,而她今次聽了我們的投訴後便主動替我的朋友更換另一款食物。

Unfortunately, the quality of the replacement food were also bad! The beef - over 90% was FAT which we had never seen before!!!

可惜,更換回來的食物質素一樣是很差!我們從來都未見過一塊牛肉可以是透明的,因爲超過 90% 以上是脂肪 (肥膏)!!!

Lastly, we were not satisfied with the service of the waiter/waitress. One of the waiters, he was really day-dreaming when we're ordering food / drink. The waitresses of post-80s, seemed not understand what are the key requirements of serving customers, they were just acting as the "cardboard people", which made us totally disappointed!!!

最後,我們對服務員的服務極爲失望。 其中一位服務員,當我們點食物時,他的表現跟餐廳的名字 (夢見屋)一樣 - 正在發夢!!! 另外兩位80 後的服務員,她們根本不知道待客之道的重點,她們好像是 “紙板公仔”一樣,完全令人失望!!!

I wrote this message to those who are going to eat in this restaurant: "Think twice before you leap!!!" 我寫這篇食評給即將要去這家餐廳的朋友,請“三思而後行!!!”
