This is one odd restaurant, if you can even call it that. It's more like a food stall with construction boards places around it. It's in a non descript plaza, with lots of tiny store and right next to the bathroom. They had a special where if you win a drinking game vs the attendant, you get something free. We didn't win. The wait was pretty short, and the games helped kill the time. Once seated, you'll notice how small the place is. The seats are really ghetto stools (made up of crates)

We'd slurp some noodles and noticed the cook looked like a serious looking Japanese dude who's been working at his craft for years. I think it shows, and while he's not the owner (some HK dude is from the business license), I think it tastes pretty authentic.
When you're done with the noodles you can ask them to add some broth to the dip, which will dilute it enough to make it drinkable. Don't be shy to ask them to add more if it's still too salty.
Overall it was a good experience despite the construction site style decor.
