The Paradise Classic is actually selling Singaporean food! Who would have known? The black pepper braised crab was an absolute delight. The sauce was flavorful, and we ordered a mid size crab which was still huge. Look at its delicious claw full of crab meat. Juicy and an absolute must order.We also had a wasabi shrimp which was refreshing and nice. The mustard makes the deep fried shrimps not so heavy. The grilled spring chicken was decent. The meat is tender, and I think they added the pepper

The grilled spring chicken was decent. The meat is tender, and I think they added the pepper shrimp crackers for extra SE Asia flavor heh.
Morning glory is a classic, and who can mess up morning glory in shrimp paste really?
Spinach with gold and silver eggs was good and the soup was quite delicious.
The fried tofu cake with wooden ears was good, the tofu was really moist inside and the coating was crispy and goes well with mayonnaise.
Pandan and coconut pudding was an interesting combo, also some lotus flower inside to make the overall taste even lighter- light like a feather~ 🕊
