Every brunch plate here in Passepartout are named after a city. Since it is not possible to travel nowadays, this may be a good solution to satisfy the crave for travelling haha. London - is a plate of beef cheek cassoulet served with a fried egg and focaccia. It actually does bring a sense of British vibes and bring back my memories in the UK! BUT I would say I'm mostly impressed by Yokohama - basically a gyudon served like egg benedict. The beef is sooo tender and go so well with the toasted r

BUT I would say I'm mostly impressed by Yokohama - basically a gyudon served like egg benedict. The beef is sooo tender and go so well with the toasted rice. The soft boiled egg is also 💯. Will defo came back to try their other brunch plates out! Nomnomm
