My friend told me that there is a nice Teochew stall in the market selling traditional Teochew meat. The owner was very generous with the serving, with my order filling the container to the brim. Oil chicken was very oily and juicy, soft and smooth in texture. Sliced pork meat was juicy and chewy, with sauce providing to enhance the taste.
