天與地中華料理 (已結業)

Haven't been to Heaven on Earth for almost a year. It used to be of great value (good food, nice environment and relatively cheap prices). Interesting to hear that the service was bad when you were there. Cause it used to be good as well - I still remember there was an enthusiatic waiter, a HK guy with black glasses. Will try it next week. See if things have changed.
