It is high time to have some high quality Japanese Wagyu Yakiniku, since I am tired of Korean BBQ for now. My friend recommended this restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui, and I found out they have so many branches in Japan too. And I did a little bit research before I go, I found out they offer Japan Black Cattle (Kagoshima Wagyu) that are raised stress-free with superior farming technique and care using a feed system that is perfectly matched to the southern country climate. And the Japan Black Cattle is not only sipped domestically but also as a global brand to the “Food Mecca” of HK and the “World Largest Market” of America. The most important thing is they are committed to safety and reliability. After reading all this, it drives me wanting to try the Wagyu so bad.

The decoration of the store is quite Japanese alike, and somehow they have a lot of Japanese inside.

We ordered 3 dishes of flesh that were Japanese Wagyu Rib eye, Japanese Chicken Leg and Japanese Chuck Roll.

The waiter suggested us to try the apple juice, since it’s been popular and high season to produce, so we both ordered apple juice, and it was surprisingly mild and sweet. The normal apple juice is quite bitter, but this one is so good.

Japanese Wagyu Rib eye was so great, the texture was fine and delicate, it took like 4-5 mins to grill both sides, I like it a little bit rare to eat. I like dipping with the Japanese sauce; it enhanced the tastes of Wagyu.

For the Japanese Chicken Leg, the waiter told us the chickens are raised in Japan. It didn’t smell like the stink old chicken flavor, it tasted like a healthy chicken. I like it a lot.

The last one was Japanese Chuck Roll, it was similar with the Japanese Wagyu Rib eye, but this one was chewier, I guess it was because this part is closed to the neck, it has lots of exercises.

After all, I like the restaurant and I like the good quality of Wagyu. However, it was quite expensive.
