Terrible service and rude staffs!Even though the food’s nice, we left with a thorough disappointment. To be fair, the food met my expectation. Yet, the whole experience was so terrible that the food did not count anymore. First, the usual lunch menu was gone and replaced by a so-called “festive lunch menu” in which the set was marked up by 50% ($2xx->$3xx) per person. Even though the food’s nice, we left with a thorough disappointment. To be fair, the food met my expectation.
Yet, the whole experience was so terrible that the food did not count anymore. First, the usual lunch menu was gone and replaced by a so-called “festive lunch menu” in which the set was marked up by 50% ($2xx->$3xx) per person. And additional charge is usually required for most of the choices in the menu. The set was not even including dessert. We ended up by ordering some food from regular menu. That was fine.
But when it came to bill, we presented some coupon vouchers with expiry date in February 2020. They rejected without any solid and legit reason why they cannot be used on 30 December 2019. They just keep saying not going to accept the coupons with a very unfriendly facial expression. They could have heard us but they did not listen to us and apparently did a half-hearted job in serving customers. This is the very first time of me leaving bad comment about a restaurant and hope it is the last one that I will never experience the same at the others. Especially when the food is not cheap, we expect the staff could at least be nicer. One thing to add, I dun feel like there is any service at all, when I don’t have my water refilled at least once.
All in all, bad attitude of staffs(one waitress and few waiters) overshadowed great food.
