🇯🇵Here comes the most exquisite sukiyaki restaurant in Hong Kong! (I have to say the booking was another experience 🥵 and I do understand why now…)They serve the finest cuts of the season. They serve the finest cuts of the season. How could I possibly resist the tender, delicately sliced and buttery beef. 🥩 Each slice was perfectly cooked. We also added ox tongue (+ $100) which was really flavourful as well! I enjoyed watching the designated chef preparing the food. The chef told us that we got to enjoy the free refill of rice, but then we saved room for the heavenly scrambled egg with beef on rice.
(Low-key missing the trips to Japan 😭)
