Was heading to Zoe to buy cakes for my friend's gathering, when I by pass this shop, I smelled something good~~~~ oh! it is bread smell!! It smell so good that I cant hold my foot not to step into the restaurant. When I got in I found that Gerard Dubois's restaurant!!! I love his bread. I saw the bread is beautifully placed and I found some cakes too. The environment is so relaxing but I have to run for my gathering, so I cant enjoy it what a pity, but I decided to buy some cakes from instead o
what a pity, but I decided to buy some cakes from instead of Zoe. Its always good to try something new, and its from Gerard Dubois, the master bread and desert. I definitely will come back to enjoy relaxing environment and I also marked down the time that the bread comes out from oven, so that I can try the freshest of the bread next time. This time, cake first and it is delicious!! I bought few cakes, the cakes look great, I pick the lemon cake and try it. It isnt too sweet, the sour and the sweet is in perfect match. There is a freshness in my mouth when I have my 1st bite. The cream melt in my mouth
