Actually I've been to this restaurant for several times already, this is the first time that i feel so mad about this place. All of their staff have no smile, the manager is even rude. I went there at around 630 pm, when i get there, i ask them if they still get some window seat or not. At that time, the manager were staying at the receiption, and she said that they can offer me a window table, but i need to leave before 830pm. At that time, the manager were staying at the receiption, and she said that they can offer me a window table, but i need to leave before 830pm. I think that is fine, so I say "ok, it's good", and then, that lady suddenly say: if you can pay for $400 per person, u can stay in your table until whenever you want!!! I think she is trying to tell me about the minimum charge of that particular table, but her manner at that time is so nasty!!!
i had never saw a manager can provide such a suck customer service.
