I have never had a worse dining experience. When we first arrived with our party of 15 that had a standing reservation they seated us at a table that would at best be comfortable for a table of 10. There were literally 2 people at the table who were forced to sit on boxes of canned goods because there weren't enough chairs for the table.After asking for different seating we were informed there was nothing else available even though we had made the booking several weeks in advance.Once the servic

Once the service began things appeared to pick up, however after taking the full tables' food and drink order (which took the staff approximately 30 minutes), we were continually visited with information about dishes that we had ordered that were not available. With no exaggeration we only received 40% of what we ordered with the only explanation from the management of "we're sorry. But we had a big night last night". I'm happy for the people who were able to enjoy the restaurant the previous night, but as a paying customer I would have appreciated a heads ups that I was not going to have the same experience before I arrived with my party of 15.
After a thoroughly embarrassing series of interactions trying to order food only to be denied, we decided to cut our losses, close out the bill and move on (actually to find a location to grab a bite as everyone was thoroughly dissatisfied). When we asked for the bill we were sure to review it as most of the items we had ordered had not arrived. Sure enough there was a multitude of items on the bill that we had either not received or in many cases not even ORDERED. as an example there was a drink on the bill where there were three that were ordered but 9 appeared on the bill. Needless to say we were very frustrated with the experience at this point.
We asked to speak with the manager to voice our concern after which we noticed that the three partners of the group were in attendance. We vocalized our disgust with the manager and waitstaff several times and even after we watched them confer with the owner, the owner did not even have the common decency to stop by our table to speak with us after we had asked to give him feedback. They were totally finite tested in us, our experience, and our satisfaction. It was a slap in the face for an absolutely terrible experience. We had heard mixed reviews before going and I only wish I took the negatives more seriously.
I would strongly recommend skipping this place. If you go, beware. It might be an experience you will soon regret. The owners clearly have no real interest in making sure that your dining experience is a good one.
