went there on a weekday at 3:00 pm, all sim sum are at HKD9......
we 2 people ordered:

-- 2 x 蝦餃 -- 味道一般
-- 2 x 牛肉球 -- 正
-- 1 x 春卷 -- 味道一般
-- 2 x 素餃 -- 正
-- 1 x 叉燒包 -- 正
-- 1 x 桂花糕 -- 差差差
This restaurant is under Maxim, the quality of sim sum wont be too bad. I like 素餃 / 牛肉球 / 叉燒包 the most. 蝦餃 is below my expectation as they re-steamed them again again....the worst is 桂花糕 which tasted suck suck suck, I did not touch it at all after having one small bite..
Price wise, we had 10 sim sum and was only paying HKD98
