I had made a reservation online a week before. The team was nice and responsive for the online reservation. After went through for lunch, one thing i had realized that the service here is somehow needed to be improved in a perspective of knowledge of waiters/waitresses. I went to Mott32 'alone' for lunch and was heard great reputation of food here was extraordinary so i would want to try. And that was not understated for the food. And that was not understated for the food. I had ordered a couple of dimsum dishes, then the waiter asked me "would you like to have vegetable dish?"
I replied "what would you recommend dish that serve for 1 portion since i come here alone"
He said "we can do pea sprout"
I reminded him again "you can do in 1 portion? Sure?"
And he said "yes"
The dimsum were good. After that the waiter served the "pea sprout", that quite surprised me since the dish was not for 1 portion for sure.
The waiter said "sorry, the kitchen serve only big dish"
Before i call for billing, i asked other waitress around that area about the pea sprout serving portion, and she was confirming that the dish is for 3serves.
This is not professional at all. And the cost for that dish alone was hk$ 250.
All in all, i would not recommend anyone of my friends to go there.
