First visit to two month old Chinese Legend near popular fresh seafood market in Sam Shing, Tuen Mun (close to Hanford Garden towards the beach). No queues, even quiet for a Saturday lunch time. Very tasty dishes, all apparently freshly made - particulary great "Xiao Long Bao" Shanghai little dragon dumplings, with delicious faintly sweet soup released from not too thick but not quite thin enough skin. Good enough for us to order 3 times. Cha siu bao barbecue pork buns chock full of meat and sauce, chicken feet pleasant enough though sauce not quite as pungent as that in Maxim's. Clean modern decor extends to the toilets which were impressively free of stray tissues, cigarette butts and the usual smoke that is present in most Tuen Mun restaurant toilets. 14 dishes including fried rice for 3 adults 2 kids - $410 - very well fed!
