I don't live in Tai Po but i went there last week!the food was all above average surprisely!sushi we ordered are the common ones but i think they generally better than the popular chainstore ones...WE only tried a bowl of Raimen and I think it tastes ok lah...Service -wise is good maybe when I went there were not many people!!!I will definitely go there again!!!
